We were in the middle of a flooring project when the installers found some issues with our subfloor. They couldnt proceed until it was addressed and they couldnt do it themselves. Brandon was able to come out same day and made a plan with us to get it fixed and stay on schedule. He and Chris were very thorough and kept us well informed. Highly recommend them!!

Removed old stove top microwave. No problem. Work and price as agreed on. After: Told Brandon our newer refrigerator had not been leveled correctly and the right side door swung wide open if not held in place. I asked if he could fix that. He said sure. I can do it right now. I appreciated his willingness to help me with this. He worked on this for a short time. He said it's fixed. I accepted that and walked out through the garage with him. When I came back into the house I took a closer look at the fridge. Whatever he did hadn't worked. Previously, I had planned to fix it myself, but because I had never done this before, I was procrastinating. Now , I can thank Brandon for giving me the incentive to work on the door. I googled Whirlpool and found directions on adjusting door closure. It took me about an hour but I got it so it stays open in a neutral place when opened 90 degrees. Then with a slight push it closes. Maybe not perfect but lots better. Brandon seemed upset that I didn't approve of his work. And that caused a conflict between us. If his work had corrected the problem why would I say it hadn't and then describe how I had fixed it. However, I should have called him. On his part tho, we could have avoided our conflict if he would him taken a few extra minutes to open the door for me to show me how it was working. My overall rating is 5 for removing the microwave and 1 for his work on the fridge door. Average 3

Heritage Repair and Remodel did an amazing job replacing my old outdated fluorescent lights with LEDs throughout my new home. The new LEDs are so much brighter than the old lights. Brandon is trustworthy professional and a very experienced worker. I look forward to my next project being completed by Heritage Repair and Remodel.

Heritage completed a minor renovation of my downstairs powder bathroom in Sahuarita, Arizona. They painted, replaced flooring with LVP, replaced toilet wax ring, installed new stop valves, vanity, sink fixture, light and mirror, and repaired drywall from removed medicine cabinet.

I was looking for a local handyman in Sahuarita to tackle some bathroom projects - installing sliding glass shower doors and replacing a shower head. Brandon exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is he clearly skilled and experienced, but he's also professional, polite, and courteous throughout the entire process. As the owner-operator, I appreciated knowing exactly who would be working in my home. The fact that he's licensed and insured gave me confidence in the quality of his work. While he handled my smaller projects perfectly, I was impressed to learn he also takes on major renovation work. I'll definitely be considering him for future bathroom and kitchen remodeling needs.
