Victor and his team completed a renovation of my master bathroom earlier today and I am very pleased with the results of their work! From the consultation to the estimate, ordering, and work process, Victor communicated everything clearly and he was very thorough with detailing the cost of the every component of the process. If I had a question, he was there to address my concern or suggest an alternative, if needed. Over the course of the project, I could tell that the quality of the final product was going to be high, so that put me at ease early on. On top of this, his various helpers/plumber/electrician, etc. were all very nice and professional when interacting with me. I have already requested additional work and I am excited to see more of my home improved by Victor and his team. Thank you!

My family and I desperately needed our deck to be replaced. The wood was producing mold, and the supports were on their last leg. I contacted Victor to see if they could replace the entire deck, and fortunately, no job is too big for him and his team. He was able to schedule to come and replace the deck within the week I called him. After a couple of hours, the deck looked phenomenal. I could tell the old wood came original with the house when we arrived a couple of years ago because WOW the new deck is much more firm and sturdy than before. If it werent for Harmony Renovations diligent and efficient work, I think our deck wouldve fallen by now. Thank you, Victor!

Harmony Renovations recently completed a full master bathroom renovation for us, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their communication was excellent throughout the project; they took the time to understand our vision, clearly explained the design and material decisions we needed to make, and provided helpful timelines for each step. Although the project required relocating all of the plumbing, which naturally created some dust and debris, they kept the mess to an absolute minimum and maintained a clean workspace. Every member of the crew was polite, friendly, and respectful of our home. They were also extremely accommodating of our schedule, adjusting their work schedule around our out-of-town commitments without any issues. We are thrilled with the results and have already recommended Harmony Renovations to friends and coworkers. We would gladly work with them again.

Hello, As I rely heavily on reviews, I will be leaving a detailed one here for Harmony Renovations and Victor Salsedo and Mauro who works with him. As our need was for a new bathroom out of an old closet, we did not need a whole crew. Having Victor and Mauro was perfect. In a world where we all expect life to be like a Joanna Gaines episode, real life has obstacles to overcome, and bumps in the road. The trick is to find someone who will work with you in a friendly manner to overcome those obstacles. 1. Victor and Mauro worked in small cramped conditions when it was often hot and they were patient and uncomplaining. 2. When something came up for us or for them, we communicated and worked it out. When I needed them to be done by a certain time due to a surprise party, they made a point to get here early and finish. Later, both were even stung by yellow jackets in our yard!! They continued working despite the swelling!! 3. I changed my mind. I opted for a new vanity, didn't want Schluter strips (that was a whole thing) and decided to tile a part of the bathroom that isn't usually tiled. Victor rolled with it. He added onto the price, but only as appropriate and I could tell was trying to give us a break when he could. 4. As my husband is handy, Victor worked with us to allow my husband to do parts, he wanted to do. This is flexibility you don't often find. 5. The price was very fair, kind to our budget. We were allowed to separate out the materials in case we found a good deal. Again, Victor accommodating without complaint. 6. I have never seen a harder worker than Mauro. Victor is no slouch, but Mauro was a force of nature. They worked seamlessly. 7. The shower looks beautiful. We were working with tile that had only one finished edge. That made it challenging. Something had to be redone. Again, Victor did it. No problem. One edge has a slight unevenness to it. I think the Schluter strips would have prevented this, but I opted to not use them, so it's no big deal. My choice. Our tile for the floor of the shower was finicky and Victor worked well with it. It is beautiful! I am so pleased! 8. Victor and Mauro put in a window. When the window itself proved to be a little weird, they added some strips to make it look right. They also added baseboards and quarter round which wasn't in the original estimate. They just did that for us. 9. Victor pointed out materials we could return to Home Depot, we did and were reimbursed hundreds at the end. I would say, make sure you talk, talk, talk and know what you want and YOU will make your life easier. Would I use Victor and Harmony again? I'm already dreaming up ways to do just that. Don't be difficult. Don't be put off by one weirdly negative review. That usually says something about the reviewer rather than the contractor. Choose competent people and work with them. Life is not a TV show. I would add photos, but we are still finishing up details. Trust me. It's lovely.

Harmony renovations was quick and efficient on replacing the roof of the new home i purchased as well as very nice of them repainting my interior celling as it had suffered water marks as far as the roof exterior they were quick and kind enough to come back out and repair little details of the roof shingles and water drainage highly recommend

Victor made my garage usable for more than just parking the car! There was a very small storage room at end of garage and I could hardly park my car lengthwise without hitting the wall so he removed the wall which increased the length of the garage. He insulated the walls, ceiling, wallboarded walls and ceiling, painted floor with epoxy paint and painted alls and ceiling -- it is so nice now and quiet - I am able to use it for storage now -- it is great. I has a place in the wall where the old fuse box use to be but it was basically a square hole in the brick - gave Victor a picture of an idea from an online site which showed a wood shelf with a door - he just built it for me from a picture -- it was a nice solution to an unsightly place in the wall now it is an attractive wood shelf with a door. Victor is hard working and honest and does a great job -- I met him through two neighbors who recommended him from jobs completed at their house.

We contracted with Harmony Renovations to remodel our lower level bathroom and refresh our upper guest bathroom. From the start, Victor listened carefully to what I described as my ideal outcome and made himself available to walk through Home Depot as I made decisions about tiles, fixtures, hardware, lighting, paint, vanities etc. Victor's crew always arrived on time and completed both jobs just a day or two outside of their projected completion date. They were respectful and clearly took pride in their work. We were extremely pleased with the finished results of both bathrooms. The renovated black & white bathroom was fantastic. The refreshed guest bathroom looked like it went through a complete renovation although it was only paint and fixture changes. And at the end of the project, Victor and his crew came back for any final tweaks that we requested. I would highly recommend Harmony Renovations, and we plan to use them again in the future.

Victor did a full master bath renovation for my husband and I. In spite of some problems along the way, he remained professional and committed to an outcome that would make me happy. He had high standards for his crew and worked to get a result he could put his name on. I had to wait for the frameless shower doors to be fabricated, but it was worth it. Beautiful and perfect! I interviewed a number of contractors and chose him because I believed he was committed to a quality outcome. He did not disappoint! I would recommend him whole heartedly to anyone. EDIT REVIEW May 2024: I left the above review 6 months after the bathroom was completed and under special circumstances. The tiling on the floor had been done by a sub contractor working for Victor who did not prepare the subfloor correctly. He also through dust and grout in my fiberglass tub and the stood in it while installing the shelves over the tub. As a result, the finish on the tub was destroyed and the grout on the bathroom and shower floor started cracking out and a few of the tiles cracked as well. When I called Victor, he and his wife came out and said they would refinish the tub, redo the shower floor, and re-grout the bathroom floor. I even went out and bought smaller tile for the shower floor at Victors request because he said it would be easier for him to it done right if the tiles were smaller than my original choice. They did the work and I was very happy with it. And it did last longer than the original job, but a few months later, the grout was cracking out of the bathroom floor again. I was frustrated, but I didnt call Victor right away. I was aware that this particular contractor had messed up a bunch of Victors projects and he was having to fix more than mine. Around the first of the year, Victor sent me a text saying that he was about to bid on a very large job and wanted to know if he could use me as a reference. I told him I would love to be a good reference for him, but the grout was cracking out of the floor again and by this time I could hear popping in the tiles when we walked on them. I said I understood the position the subcontractor put him in, but I couldnt honestly say I was happy with the bathroom I ended up with. He immediately offered to come back because he wanted my job to be done right so I agreed. It was at this visit that he told me the tiles needed to come up and the subfloor addressed. In addition, the grout had never been sealed (mostly because it was never in long enough to seal) and he agreed to do that as well. I told him I understood that he had other paying projects going on and appreciated him being willing to make it right a year after the job was completed. If he wanted to work it in around his other work I could be patient. And he had some family events already scheduled so we agreed he would check his schedule for sometime after that. I did get a text from him scheduling a date that I agreed to, and he cancelled it for family illness. After that, I texted to ask about rescheduling and have never heard from him. At this point it seems I have been ghosted. I have already been told I was too nice, and I should have complained more, and kept after him. But I really liked him and his wife, and I really had sympathy for a small businessman having to re-do work at no cost because of a shoddy subcontractor. And I really trusted him to do the work he said he would do.

As a business owner myself, I hate leaving bad reviews for other companies especially small businesses. But after Victor lied in response to my husbands review I could not let this continue. Victor sold us on being a trusted CONtractor using his beliefs in God to gain our trust. He is a small business that uses day laborers to complete his work. He DOES NOT have a team of professionals, which is what he told us. We did have an insurance claim which anyone that deals with insurance knows they payout according to a schedule, per completed work. Victor has accused us of not paying him however the insurance company does NOT send us a payment with just our name on it so we wouldnt be able to deposit a check without him. We owe him absolutely NOTHING. After not calling us or showing up to our home for over 6 weeks we fired him and hired a new contractor and learned the majority of the work Victor did was janky. We are now having to pay more money to fix the work we thought this trusted CON artist took care of. Most recently I almost passed out in my kitchen from a gas leak because we replaced our hvac with a reliable company and they turned on the gas to only find that the pipe was not capped. The only ppl that have been in our crawl space were the day laborers that obviously didnt know what they were doing. In Victors rebuttal to my husbands review, he stated we didnt pay subcontractors. Smh, after he didnt show up for over 4 weeks we hired one of the day laborer, one that actually did nice work, out of the many that came to our house. We were actually going to give him the remaining job, until Victor told him something to scar him from coming back. We have also had a couple workers come back to our home stating they were never paid from Victor and they couldnt get ahold of him. There are so many things I can mention. I am so disappointed and heartbroken by Victor because we really trusted him and his family that would come to work with him at times. He knows he was wrong and rather than just leave it alone he went under my husbands review and continued to lie. Smh

From start to finish, the project was riddled with issues that reflect poorly on the professionalism and competence of the contractor. One of the primary concerns was the lack of attention to detail. The workmanship was subpar, with evident flaws and inconsistencies in the finished product. It is disheartening to see such disregard for precision and quality, especially considering the substantial investment made for the project. Communication was another major issue throughout the entire process. There was a consistent lack of transparency and responsiveness from the contractor. Important updates were not communicated promptly, and attempts to address concerns were met with unresponsiveness. This created unnecessary frustration and confusion for me as a client. Furthermore, the project timeline was not adhered to. Delays occurred without any valid explanation or communication, leaving me inconvenienced and questioning the contractor's ability to manage and fulfill commitments. The contractor's failure to adhere to safety standards was particularly alarming. It is evident that shortcuts were taken, compromising the safety and structural integrity of the work completed. This negligence is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the contractor's commitment to delivering a secure and reliable end product. In conclusion, my experience with Harmony Renovations LLC was highly unsatisfactory. The combination of poor workmanship, communication issues, timeline delays, and safety concerns has left me with regret for choosing this contractor. I strongly advise against considering them for any future projects, and I am currently exploring options to rectify the deficiencies in their work. You've been warned.... If you're looking for a professional company that is responsive, arrives on time, can "do it all," and is affordable, Harmony Renovations is it! I had several projects that needed to get done around the house, so I contacted five companies to get estimates. The other companies either didn't return phone calls, were outrageously expensive, and/or could only do a small fraction of what was needed. After my basement flooded last year, the team helped me quickly put it back together and add some much-needed changes to elevate the space. Being a project manager myself, I always appreciate people that communicate well, plan accordingly and provide excellent work.
