I called 3 weeks ago to get an estimate. He passed me off to some other company/contractor who scheduled and canceled 3 times before he showed up (georgia home renovations llc, Nicholas Blaine.) I explained the work to complete and he said hed send me an estimate the next day. Two days later nothing. Obviously, Handy hero passed me off to a contractor who doesnt want handy man work. So a total waste of time. The contractor said he got the lead because handy hero is slow right now. That makes no sense. If hes slow, hed keep the job and not pass me off to some random contractor who has been in business for 2 years and doesnt even send a proposal after he comes to review the work. All seems very shady. Not sure how handy hero gets so many 5 star reviews. My experience has been the opposite. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. After all my negative experience with scheduling and canceling, I asked the handy hero owner to give me someone else and he didnt. Maybe he and his workers are on vacation. Very strange after 3 weeks I cant get a handyman to quote and complete the work. All other reviews say the opposite - comes same day or next day. Its been 3 weeks and Im still waiting for an estimate. I think they must be fake reviews.

I will definitely use HandyHero again. I came home from a trip in the late afternoon to find an electrical problem in my kitchen. Hiro was able to schedule an electrician the next day. Victor came and did a fabulous job. Everyone was so supportive and caring. I will definitely use again if I have an issue. I highly recommend them.

Victor and Chris were great. We needed a closet drywalled and we had numerous cracks in the ceilings upstairs and down. Additionally, the drywall had not been done correctly on a wall in the basement. They fixed it all and painted. It looks like a new house. The price was was reasonable too. I will definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

Nick replaced my mailbox and repainted the post. He did an excellent job and performed the work on the day I called. Hes very customer friendly, has a great personality and most importantly he is very conscientious about the quality of his work. Ive had Handy Hero do other handyman jobs over the years and I have always been happy with the quality of their work. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking any type of home improvement jobs. Handy Hero just did a great job on another project that needed repaired. It involved the master bedroom shower which made it especially important that they do a good job. And Im happy to share that they did and it was done at a fair price and didnt take long. So I again highly recommend them for any home improvement projects that need to be addressed around the house!

Chris came out to my house to replace some old and worn screen in a screened porch. As always, he did a very thorough and neat job with all details taken care of. The final result looks amazing and I am exceedingly pleased. Chris always works very hard and does a tremendous job on whatever he's tasked with. Handy Hero is definitely the way to go if you need help with jobs at your house. Hire them and you will be happy you did!

The person who quoted the job told me, after I called, the owner directed him to work another job. I understand this and would have appreciated a call to explain. Communication has been great, and its been a pleasure having the expertise of the Handy Hero team make quick work of my honey do lists. Victor came out and hung Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights on my house, so now I have an all-year-round light show ready for every holiday . Victor also assembled a Lil Timber Elite wood pellet heater, so paired with the fire pit Im ready to keep enjoying the patio and deck in the late Fall and Winter months. Chris came out and did a terrific job replacing our mailbox with a new one we purchased from Post & Porch. It looks great and we really appreciated Chriss recommendations and expertise with the installation. Finally, Johnny came out and assembled a Blaze Outdoor grill. I recently contracted with Handy Hero to paint my home. It was a basic "builder beige" and I had them repaint to a lovely soft gray. The crew was FANTASTIC!! They worked hard - up to 7 pm some nights. They replaced some rotten trim, and painted everything. They even put back in place a shingle that had come loose!! I hope to be able to use them for some other work around the home. I would highly recommend Handy Hero!

I was very pleased with the work I had done by Johnny from Handy Hero. I needed two small baseboards replaced in the master bath, and one repaired in the bedroom; all due to a teething puppy. They also replaced another damaged door frame and recaulked the shower tiles and shower floor. All work was done professionally and with attention to detail. And everything was left clean and free of dust. I would definitely recommend Handy Hero for any home repairs or remodeling. Superior work.

We've used Handy Hero on several large projects including our recent guest bath remodel. We wanted floor to ceiling tile with a curb less shower. Our existing bathroom was dated looking (1995), it had a bathtub with a curtain and some kind of PVC counter tops on the vanity. The cabinet doors were coated in a peeling, yellowing white plastic material. The bathroom was hideous looking and in bad shape. The bathroom needed a full refresh, and it now looks like a spa. Handy Hero, Victor, did a fantastic job creating a whole new bathroom with the highest quality craftsmanship. Many people dont realize how much work goes into creating a proper watertight bathroom with properly seated tile so that it looks visually stunning. Victor doesnt cut any corners. The entire bathroom was sealed with a waterproof membrane to make as resilient as a wet room. They picked up our materials, hauled away the demolition debris and construction materials at the end of every day. See the pictures, this bathroom looks fantastic!!! 100% I recommend Handy Hero; you can trust them to do even your biggest job. A few years back we used them when our house was hit by lightning, to do the repairs, and prior to that we used them to frame in new doors downstairs in our home.
