I recently had a new roof installed by GMC Construction and I couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. They arrived at 7am and left by 6pm with the whole job done and had everything cleaned up. This was also the best price I received out of 4 quotes. Would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the project completed. Juans team repaired and renewed our porch. They began and completed the project quickly. They were able to salvage portions of the original structure while replacing the wood when necessary. They were an excellent team; with detailed craftsmanship and professionalism. Juan is expedient in his communication and transparent regarding the work and pricing. We had a minor change in our paint preference towards the end of the project and he was amenable to it. We intend on utilizing Juans expertise and services in the future; highly recommend.

GMC Construction repaired my flat roof on my 150+ year old home during the spring 2025 heavy rainy season. I was happy with the work, the cost, and the communication and would use them again for future needs. They quickly came out to give me an estimate the same day as they were contacted since I had a leak from my closet ceiling, and they started work the next day. I was given a heads up that once they started the repairs they would be able to tell if they could just repair one section above the leak or if the whole thing needed to be repaired. Since the roof hadn't been replaced since I bought the building, I was prepared that the whole thing might need to be redone. I made the decision based on photos and videos of the roof condition under the rubber membrane to repair the whole thing, so they needed to come back a second day as they only brought materials for the partial repair, but they prioritized finishing the job quickly and kept me informed of the progress. The cost was reasonable for the amount of materials and labor and the unique process of repairing a flat roof on an old building. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to complete the job even after changing from a partial to full repair - they got it done before the next rainstorm a few days later!

Very happy and impressed with Juan and his crew at GMC construction. The price was reasonable; Juan was quick to respond to my questions. Scheduling was easy and fast. His crew showed up promptly as scheduled and did a professional job all the way around, from removal of the old roof, installation of the new, and clean up afterwards. And I could be biased but the new roof looks fantastic.

Incredible company! They worked on so many roofs in my Troy neighborhood that there was no question who to call, when I needed a new roof myself. They jumped on my project just a few days after giving me an estimate and exceeded any expectations. My asphalt and flat roofs look great, I finally got proper gutters. Three days of work, I hope they made some money of me.

Juan and his crew were amazing. GMC was very flexible and answered all of my questions. I made changes a few times and they sent me new estimates before starting so they were very patient and understanding. They installed 12 skylights and pointed and flashed my chimney. We have had some decent rain after the new roof was installed and my attic is leak-free. Cleanup was outstanding and they are all very hard workers. I will certainly hire GMC again!

Juan and his crew were INCREDIBLE! We received an estimate on a Thursday morning for a rotting porch repair and roof. Two days later, Saturday early evening our roof was complete & by Sunday our porch was jacked up and looking good as new. I was very concerned about the possibility of the porch repair but they exceeded my expectations! They were able to jack up and stabilize the main corner while realigning all our windows making them good as new. The crew was timely and professional, making sure to clean up every scrap and nail. Juans crew is hard working and highly recommended. Thanks again Juan!

Juan of GMC construction was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The price for the job he promised to do was very reasonable. He arrived on time and he did an excellent job on my roof, clean, and everything he said he would fix he did and he cleaned up after he was done. The roof and outside of my property was left very clean. I highly recommend him to anyone. I will definitely call him again!
