The plumbing technician who was sent over to replace my shower valve/fixture did such a great job. Very tidy in his work, he re-patched, re-plastered and color matched the paint after he replaced the valve. Best of all he laid a tarp and covered my flooring and cabinets so there was nothing to clean up when he was done!

They provided service for me a few weeks ago. My tub was clogged, the water pressure was low on one of my sinks, another sink of mine was backed up and my toilet was loose. They were indeed reliable. They man who came to do my maintenance had quite a lot of work to do and he did it all in a timely manner. They called and scheduled my appointment at a time that worked for us all. The company's logo says it all: 1st Reliable Maintenance. True to their word. There were multiple issues with my apartment unit's plumbing: water pressure low in the bathroom, shower and, most importantly, the kitchen. It was so difficult to clean dishes: pressure was like a pee drizzle. It took me 15 minutes to clean and rinse one dish...and to fill up the water filter was frustrating. I contacted my property manager about the issue which started to occur after the downstairs unit had a flood and three different plumbers had come into our apartment trying to figure out if the flood was originating from our upstairs unit. Turns out, after the third repairman, it was the water heater. However, the three plumbers ended up giving my unit noticeable plumbing issues: under the kitchen sink, they smashed open the drywall (hole under sink), low water pressure. After requesting repair on the water pressure, mostly problematic in the kitchen sink, the property manager sent a plumber who figured out a filter in the sink pipes was stopping the reduction of water; he removed the filter - resolved! While working, he noticed a metal rod shoved up towards the garbage disposal. As soon as he dislodged the piece, the sink sank. The caulking glue around the sink was disintegrating. I had brought that to the plumber's attention and he said to contact property management to replace the sink. And, so I did. Jose from 1st Reliable Maintenance, arrived in the early morning (10 am) as per my request. He was very informative with great communication and customer service skills. He had the old sink removed and replaced with a stainless steel one in a 3-hour time frame. The caulking glue around the kitchen sink was clean and he checked everything after repairs: garbage disposal, faucet pressure, underneath the sink (plumbing for any water leaks). There was debris on the floor from the removal process, but nothing too disastrous that couldn't be swept and mopped up. I requested some caulking glue in the bathroom sink as well and he patched up the areas easily. Jose got the job done right and did not half-fast anything. He knew it would take time, but it was well-worth it. Customer satisfaction check!
