Javier Frias commenced work on my new construction in the Fall of 2021. To date I have paid him in excess of $60,000+. He has not completed several projects and some of the workmanship was inferior. He has not made an attempt to complete my punch list although I have given it to him multiple times. My hardwood floors have been left incomplete and several walls have not been painted. The hardwood floor crew did not cut the floor vents correctly and thus the vents will not fit. This situation is preventing me from obtaining a mechanical inspection. Baseboard moulding was not installed properly and will need to be redone. Work on my portico is not complete and what is done is poor workmanship. I have called Javier multiple times and he doesn't answer my calls. I have left multiple messages via phone and text to him and also to his two sons who work in the business. I get no response. I simply want my unfinished projects finished in a timely and professional manner. I will never use this company again and in good conscience, I can never recommend them to my family members, friends or business associates.

Javier is nice and seems knowledgeable. However, the men he employs are neither. Their work is sloppy and careless. I asked to have the texture smoothed on the walls in 2 rooms, and it was estimated to take 4 days. Over 3 weeks, I kept calling them back to complete the work. In the end, I was told that the air bubbles all over my wallsfrom the drywall compoundwould always be there, that there was nothing they could do about it. (They also used materials that were in another room for another project, and refused to reimburse me.) When I asked Javier for a partial refund for the incomplete work, he offered to install floor trim for free. I didnt quite understand that offerI just wanted smooth wallswhich leads me to believe that he or his workers simply dont have the expertise to be smoothing texture on walls. I completed the patching and smoothing of the walls on my own (thanks to some YouTube videos), and it took me an extra 24 hours to finish. I would be cautious to contract with Javierit seems he accepts jobs he cant finish. I got the same exact quote from The Patch Boys, so I encourage you to check them out before selecting Frias Drywall.

We all know Reg 8 on Colorado. Do you all speak and read English? Did you tell the home owner anything about asbestos? I'm sorry but I can't understand why you violated OSHA rules for your employees? Or follow the EPA rules? Good luck and I hope that your employees don't Sue you.
