Dwight and his team installed LVP flooring in my home and they were very pleasant to work with. They answered any questions and explained any concerns I had about the renovation. Prices were very reasonable and I would recommend his services to others. My only complaint is, my kitchen and furniture were not covered with plastic so they were extremely dusty.

When I reached out to FreshLook llc it was initially for my wood floors that needed to be redone badly. We had a few people that came by but they all seem a little off either high quotes, missed appointments or no response to inquiries about the quote. Working with Freshlook llc was a so simple he answered all questions, listen to what we wanted, gave professional advice and the quote was given to us in a timely fashion with all details that was discussed in the contract. Not only did we get our wood floors redone we ask about carpet replacement when he came to look at the wood floors. He was able to take some measurements and came by the next day to drop off carpet samples for us to decide if we wanted it done. We ended up getting both the wood floors and carpet replaced because of the professionalism he showed when he first came by. Scheduling was ease and the projects was able to be done in a day time for each project. They both turned out well and we plan on getting our kitchen floors done by him.

The first appointment with Dwight was very detail from the beginning on what will take place and how long the project will take. His staff came in perform the job with perfection. Freshlook Painting installed LVP flooring in my home and did some drywall repair as well. Dwight was great and was professional and responsive throughout the process. His timetable was on point and his crew was able to complete the project within the projected timeframe. His attention to detail when he put together and handled the paperwork/quote was very impressive. So far, the workmanship on the floor install and drywall work is good! I found some very minor issues with some of the planks shortly after install, and he was quick to send his crew out to correct it. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

Wouldnt recommend. I had another job completed right before hiring freshlook painting and that contractor did phenomenal, however they were considerably more expensive, but you get what you pay for. I hired freshlook painting to remove a bathroom vanity and install a new vanity. After asking if they wanted me to turn the water off twice (because the previous contractors turned off my water to install a vanity) and being told no its not necessary (although it may not be necessary for the work being performed, I would think there would be a level of care and caution taken when working in someones house, which is most likely one of their most expensive assets/investments), they broke a pipe and water rushed from the bathroom and seeped through the ceiling into my living room. However, the pipe was repaired, vanity was installed, and my ceiling was repaired. But the entire process was a headache and felt unprofessional from the crew asking me for supplies and to dispose of materials to minimal communication with the owner on the status of the job, and being treated like I was the inconvenience. Overall, they completed the job and fixed their mistakes. So if you are looking to save money, Id say proceed with caution. I wouldnt want to go through that headache again and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their house.

They did an excellent job with a custom wet bar project I reached out about, including installing plumbing, flooring install, and taking care of the small electrical work needed. What was impressive about the experience is that they were willing to carefully consider some of my design preferences like backsplash choice, mini fridge configuration, sink type, granite selection, etc, while they handled the rest. The end result was pretty spot on from what I was expecting, and guests love the area. There were some delays due to waiting on materials, but communication throughout the project was on point. Would definitely use them again for another project.
