My experience with Fix It was excellent! From receiving the quote through the installation, the process was smooth and seamless. Great communication! They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional and used care putting down tarps to protect floors and cleaning up afterwards. They installed a new bathroom vanity, light fixture, 2 new bathroom fans and adjusted a storm door for me. All work was completed in the same day. These gentlemen are very experienced craftsmen and do quality work. I will definitely hire them again for additional projects.

On Time, Quality Work, and Reasonably Priced! In doing a recent stone foundation basement repair and seal, I was in need of a carpenter/contractor to remove and rebuild two staircases. I called several construction contractors, and none of them wanted a small job like this. My grandmother suggested I call Fix It. She had them re-grout her kitchen and was happy with their work and price. To my delight, Marvin and Nestor do all size jobs. As licensed contractors, they know the updated code and were able to do the work to much satisfaction. Its nice to walk downstairs without any wobbling. I feel very safe and secure. The best part was they could work with my timeline. Marvin showed up to price the job on time. The quote was more that reasonable. He suggested I download the Fix It App for some savings, which was great. Marvin and Nestor showed up on time to demolish the stairs one week and built two new staircases 10 days later after my basement work was complete. They accommodated my timeline, which was wonderful! Additionally, I felt comfortable leaving leaving them alone in my house. Since their work at my house this past summer, my grandmother has called them to do two more jobs at her house. We are both very pleased with the cost and quality of their work. I will not hesitate to hire Marvin and Nestor again and have recommended them to friends. Very happy I found Fix It!

I own a small heating and air conditioning in town and every time we have any problem during the installation we contact this guys, they are courteous on time and they do the job right. We are heating and air conditioning professionals and we strive to do the best installation possible but some times we have problems while we are installing a new HVAC system and we need to remove a door, patch a ceiling, install attic access door, patch a siding that fall off during our installation and many other smal issues that usually comes up. I think they did a great job. I hired them do do some repair work on the deck of my porch, and I think it turned out pretty well. The guys who did the repair were polite when speaking to me, they arrived on time to the appointment I scheduled, and they got the job done quickly. I asked for quote.... my response was: Thank you for your online request. We can schedule a technician to provide you with an upfront price for your projects/repairs, and upon your approval perform the work right away. Our service call to schedule a technician is $47.00, but if the work is approved the service call is waived. Let us when you are ready to schedule it. BE WARNED This is a very good ploy. It gets you to stop looking at any other quotes. If you need help, most any company will do a call to the premises and give you a price, and if they are knowledgeable, experience and pricing consistent with the industry, you will pick them. This policy tends to lend it self to a company who lacks experience, knowledge, or the ability to be competitive with price. If they ask you if you got another quote, they will match it, and if you have paid the service call fee, and recoup it back by signing up with these guys... If you haven't shopped around and these guys are first, they probably will tack another $100 to the industry standard, knowing you will still sign with them to Before you call these guys, do yourself a favor...don't. Have you already? Cancel it. Pay already, cancel the consult and call your credit company. Three Words.... SCAMMY BUSINESS MODEL
