Nate Mentzer was our project manager and was a pleasure to work with as was Diego our foreman and all the painters on his team. This company requires the foreman be fluent in English and he communicated beautifully with both us and his team. They did an excellent job and when a couple of mistakes were made about the communication of color in two places they corrected it immediately. They worked hard to finish before the rain began. They painted our front door and it looks beautiful. On the walk through after the job was finished there were a few spots that needed touchup because of the rain and Nate took care of it on the spot. This year we utilized their services for: Power washing our home and deck & pool area; carpentry to repair/replace broken and rotted areas of our deck, steps & pool area; full repainting of our deck & pool area; and painting of our garage bay door and a bay door on our pole barn. Nick quoted a fair price for all of the work and appreciated our business as a Return Customer. Carlos & Michael did a great job with the power washing, putting forth every effort to address cleaning needs/requests. Eric came out to ensure that my requests, inquiries and expectations were acknowledged and understood. Elder & Malisa were the team members assigned to do all of the carpentry and painting, and their due diligence & professionalism were "bar none" and they were such a pleasure to engage with. Nate, as Project Leader, was communicative and ensured that we were satisfied with the outcome of the projects. There were some areas that needed to be addressed post-project, and HE personally came out and took care of them. I am adding a second review for Final Touch since Google won't allow me to create an additional one: Two crew members, Arthur and Carlos, just finished up an interior job for us, and it was a 5-star job in all respects. They painted two rooms plus three doors and the trim around them. We are very pleased with the results, particularly the doors. They hand-painted them, as opposed to spraying them, and they turned out very well. I would add that our sales person, Nick, was good to work with and his suggestion that the doors could successfully be hand painted was a correct one. This is the second time Final Touch has done work for us and we will use them again. My original review from Summer, 2022 is below: Andrew and Jacob did a very professional job. We were not doing a full house painting. Rather, we had final touch out to finish a job that our previous painters either failed to do or could not do properly. The estimate process worked flawlessly. In addition, we were very happy with the manner in which the back office kept us informed about where we were in the queue and when we were scheduled.

I selected this company after seeing the great job they did on a neighbors home. I have a big house with a lot of trim that needed replacing. They did a thorough inspection that they reviewed with me in detail with photos. The price isn't cheap but it is fair. The supervisor Robert arrived to kick off the project and checked back in during the 3 days it took to do all the work. Their carpenter beautifully repaired the porch rotted pillars. They used quality materials that won't rot, knew to use the proper caulk for PVC board that expands and contracts more than wood and put on two coats of paint. Everyone was friendly and smiling. When they were done they cleaned up and left me with gleaming white trim and porch. It looks fantastic. I have recommended them to friends, one of which has used them and also raves about their work.

Final touch paint was recommended to us by another vendor and they did not disappoint!! Pricing was a little higher than our other quotes but the service and quality of work was exceptional and worthy of the higher price. We used them for painting the exterior brick and trim of our home to pair with new siding. Every member of the team that we interacted with was extremely courteous and professional. They worked efficiently and left no mess behind! We had a lot of chipped paint to be scraped and holes to be caulked and they took care of it all. Daniel was lead for our original paint job and he was great - at the last minute we decided to add additional scope and he was great about the whole process. After the paint job was completed and invoice paid, we had a landscaper come who accidentally scraped away some of the paint - my husband and I were so upset and just assumed since our bill was paid we would have to pay more to have someone come help us. But no! Final touch, to the rescue - Nate came and patched up the original paint job free of charge within a day or two of my asking. Incredible customer service!! Thank you, Final Touch! Job was supposed to start two weeks following deposit, which did not happen due to weather. After the work was pushed out a few times via email, they confirmed an appointment and time. I go to work the day of the appointment and come home to find nothing has been done. No calls, texts, or emails on missing an appointment for a costly project while they hold a 50% deposit. We now have to delay projects that were dependent on this getting finished. Ill update the review when the work is complete. Not a good experience thus far.

We had our entire condo painted from ceiling to floor. It was a big project. Nate and Adam did an excellent job. Coverage was perfect with sharp crisp lines around all moldings and trim. Communication was great throughout the job. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend Final Touch!
