Ashley is the most awesome person at Joe's Fat Boy Drywall. MARIO ROBINSON was very patient with me thur the process. He and his brother did outstanding job. The work was top notch . I had no complaints. The process took a week. They had access to my home Mario and his brother are very trustworthy. Thanks Joe you have a outstanding team.

If you read other reviews about this company, youll realize there is a pattern with their services. No communication, not showing up, not taking calls or texts and over promising with excuses to follow. My experience was no different. Im willing to bet yours will be similar as well. They simply DO NOT CARE. Do yourself a favor and call another company, youll save yourself some frustration.

There always seemed to be some problem with this company. They seemed to be understaffed as well. From the beginning, trying to schedule for a quote took almost 3 weeks. When i finally got on the schedule, they showed up on the wrong day and tried shifting the blame ON ME. Then when they wanted to reschedule, it would have been WEEKS! Not fair at all... taking my business elsewhere...

I reached out to this company to have them do the sheetrock for my new construction home They came highly recommended so had no reservations at the time. I stayed in communication with them to let them know where we were at with the project and that we were still in line for the date that we had discussed The owner of the company told me on three different occasions that he was going to give me a call to meet on site pre installation, I was told twice that he was on the list for materials to be delivered and then materials never arrived!!! I was also told that he would be getting started and send guys out, and that never happened either. I reached out several times to see what the problem was and he decided he was no longer going to take my phone calls or return any messages that I left for him. I would recommend never using this company or giving them business in this town again!!

The worst customer service I have experienced. Rescheduled on me 3 different times and would just no showed their appointment. I called to verify appointments more than once with a confirmation that they would be showing up and they still didnt show... not sure whats going on with this company but they obviously dont want business. Asked about an afternoon appointment for a Friday and the guy on the phone goes ehhh we dont like to go into the afternoon on Friday cause the boys are itchin to get off... like okay yeah yall should be itchin for some business instead.
