Where do I start?? First off they shouldnt receive any stars. We are in a new build with cc homes and unfortunately this company is one of their contractors. After residing in our home for a few months they were painting the home next door and not only taped my vehicle without my permission in turn causing damage to vehicle paint but they also got paint all over our driveway of pavers. We complained of course and then over a month later they showed up pressure washing my pavers without our knowledge and right next to my husbands very expensive truck. After contacting the builder to complain, f vicino said they didnt do it and we were then contacted by the builders attorney as they would not do business w us. After submitting proof to the attorney of what they did via security cameras they then came out to repair my ENTIRE driveway. Fast forward a few more months and the house is settling so obviously cracks were repaired in turn requiring f vicino to return to paint these repairs. After waiting over an hour past our scheduled appointment I was told they already came out. They did not. Spoke with office numerous times and man are they rude. Supervisor on job calls me and states they will be there in 15 min well they never showed so I cancelled the appointment and refuse to contact this company in the future. We will be doing our own repairs for now on. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with a company that clearly has the worst customer service.

ZERO STARS! Very rude person answered the phone and said "they only do big jobs," assuming that mine wasn't, without even asking me any questions about what I was looking for??
