They probably will delete this because theyve obviously done that in the past but I do not recommend them to do any work. They overcharge and do not refund when caught. Then they state I am harassing them for posting my review on public forums that allow for that and I have that right. We have messaged them of our dissatisfaction and will be handling things from here on out through the BBB. They think because we paid for the job that means they did the job correctly which, in fact, we were told they wouldnt come out and fix their mistakes until we paid fully. After that we have continued to find things they did poorly and incorrectly and do not wish for them to step foot in our home. I dont know why its so hard for them to believe we our unhappy with the work. In response we have gotten poor attitude and lies which we have documents, texts and pictures to prove everything weve complained of. Please explain to me how there is nothing wrong with this: they put down multiple tiles that were cracked or deformed that they had to come back and replace they ripped off our baseboards and put them outside and left them there when it rained and put them back on after we found out the $7k plus estimate for 250 sqft of tile didnt include new baseboards they used two different types and color of trim to line our cabinets and I had to ask them to come back to put matching trim . They filled our floor air vents completely with the old cracked tile and dust and other debris from our work they ripped our ceiling paint off when removing the tape they used and didnt mention it to us. they left our front door open the entirety of the time they were there in 90 degree weather and I will add they were there each day for almost 12 hours and we had our infant with us at home. I would go close the door and they would immediately go open it back up when they were actively working in the home there was just no reason for this they allowed their children into our home for hours without asking which would normally be fine but they would stay in our bathroom for 15-20 mins at a time and then keep doing this all day so we could barely use our own bathroom I could go on but I feel like this is more than enough and if someone would like to believe someone could sit here and make all of this up well then so be it
