Malachy is high-end professional! Not too many of his kind left, the technique he uses is with materials that will last Way longer than some new quicker technologies in drywall finishing. I was on a tight time-line because I needed a towel rack reattached and I was only going to be at my rental property for a short period of time. Malachey came over during the weekend and did incredible work. He cut a hole in the dry wall, reinforced the back, finished over the hole he had cut, and even asked if we had matching paint ( we did) and he painted over his patch to match the paint on the wall. This is a guy who simply refuses to do sub-par work. He was on time, cleaned up, and his price was very reasonable. It's a great feeling to find a contractor that does exceptional work and Emerald Isle is one of those contractors. Malachey is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I'll never have to search around for a dry wall contractor again.

I found Emerald Isle drywall through a google search and lucked out. Malachy (proprietor) came out the same day I called, gave me a good price, and most importantly did phenomenal work. The contractor/ carpenter who framed ahead of them said it was some of the best work hes seen and said Emerald Isle would be his new primary drywaller. Very professional and very friendly too

The question isnt why would you choose Emerald Isle Drywall, its why wouldnt you! Malachy was through in every step of the process. He explained exactly what was needed to complete the drywall in our rough, stud bonus room. The material delivery and every process/step was closely followed by Malachy. He took great care to place protective cloth and plastic where it was needed. Once the drywall was hung, it was meticulously sanded to seamless perfection. Malachy even took time to erase any evidence that a drywall installation occurred by using his dry vac to clean after this part of the construction was completed. You will not be disappointed in his craftsmanship, reliability and professionalism.
