We recently used Elliot's drywall to fix some drywall, remove chair rail/wainscoting/and textured wallpaper, as well as paint 2 rooms and a hallway. We had hardwood floors put in just before this project, and Robert assured us at the initial meeting that our floors would be taken care of. I am sad to say, the initial team Robert sent to us was sloppy and unprofessional. They left nails and drywall plaster everywhere after their first day. We gave them a chance on the second day, but began noticing some gouges in our hardwoods from the way they were removing door trim. We also had gouges from them moving furniture without furniture sliders. We were very upset and considered discontinuing our agreement with Robert. He was able to send another team, who were much more professional. Ultimately they finished the job, it looks good, and Robert made it right by charging us less than quoted. However, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience. Elliot's was recommended through friends and unfortunately we didn't have a good experience; we will not be recommending this company to others.

I engaged the services of Elliot's Painting to paint multiple rooms and perform some drywall work. Initially, the pricing appeared reasonable and Robert, the Owner, came across as pleasant and professional. However, after our initial interaction, we had no further contact with him. A crew of a few individuals arrived, but only one of them spoke English. This language barrier wouldn't have been problematic if it weren't for the fact that the foreman consistently arrived late each day, causing the other workers to wait outside my house for over an hour every morning. I'd suggest the bulk of the issues stem from his poor-to-non-existent leadership, but it also seems to be something the company doesn't take seriously. The first day of work proceeded without major issues, although the progress was not as significant as anticipated. On the second day, while I was working from home, I could hear the painters playing loud Latin soap operas on YouTube throughout the day, despite their knowledge of my presence. To my surprise, they informed me that the third day would be their last, yet they had not even begun to prepare one of the three rooms to be painted and the room requiring drywall work still exhibited significant flaws. I promptly contacted Robert Elliot to address these concerns, and he assured me that he would personally visit in the morning to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, instead of Robert, another individual arrived, attempted to gaslight my wife and me, and proceeded to rush his guys through the remaining work. The quality of their patching was subpar, as they used a heat gun to dry it quickly, resulting in numerous air bubble holes in the finish. Furthermore, they neglected to paint the attic door as per our request, even though it was primed and would have required the same color and paint as the adjacent wall. I wasn't pleased then, but begrudgingly decided to move on and not press the issue. Wish I had made more of it at the time now, though. Now, a year and a half later, I have discovered multiple cracks around the drywall nails when moving our headboard (fabric, mind you, so no chance of the damage stemming from the furniture). It appears that their approach to patching popped nails was simply to hammer them in, causing damage to the drywall, and then applying a patch over it. Surprisingly, they failed to use screws to secure the drywall after doing so, resulting in the entire sheet being flexible and prone to popping and breaking their inadequate patches. It is truly disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise staying away from this company, as their performance was far from satisfactory and there is no integrity to the Owner and leadership to stand behind their work.

I was in a bind. I hit a deer in the middle of no where GA, I called this gentleman for help because a large part of my front fender was Bent out at a dangerous andle. He showed up immediately and removed it, then... Allowed me to pay what I felt it was worth... God Bless you sir

These guys did a wonderful job. We had our popcorn paint removed from all of our ceilings. Upstairs and down. They were professional, courteous, clean and made sure we were happy with their project. We couldnt be happier.
