I absolutely recommend Bulmaro! He has come over to our house to fix drywall cracks during our one year warranty and you'd never know they were even there before! He has done amazing work and is one of my new favorites for fixes! If any others pop up later as our new build settles I am absolutely going to ask for him again!

NEVER AGAIN. Kind, hard working, compassionate employees, and as I asked why I keep getting cracks in their work I was told because they are being stupid by the owner via our phone call today. Very upsetting how I was talked to being just a woman. I cannot nor will ever tolerate sexism being used. So much more to complain about how I was treated today, but Im better than that. I was placed on speaker phone, and heard others in the background laughing at me as I began to cry out of frustration. That was it for me, and I hung up. I was not in the wrong at all today, but was told Im just trying to create trouble. Ps, this is not defamation of character, this is an honest review. If I felt at all that I was wrong I would never ever leave a review as such. Kindness and compassion was not present, it was about why I am wrong.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dynamic Drywall of Oregon. I paid this company over $10,000 to install drywall in a single level, 1000 sqft house. "He just moved in yesterday. Uh I just...There's some red flags I see. I just don't understand 'em." This was Dynamic Drywall's statement in court regarding the amount of time it took me to get my house put back together, get a Final Building permit, and move in. The owners are Sherry & Teri Evans. Sherry Evans threatened me with a defamation lawsuit after I had a lawyer write Dynamic Drywall (DD) a straightforward, professional letter stating my concerns about their company's workmanship. The letter was a requirement per Washington state law. She wrote back, if you have "any derogatory statement, or actions about Dynamic Drywall, we will have no other choice to file a grievance for defamation of character with our attorney." This was the threat and the implication was lawsuit. A grievance means less than nothing because I'm a private customer not a business. Before Small Claims court I tried mediating with DD, and I used the Better Business Bureau and Multnomah County's mediation service but DD didn't participate in the latter and barely participated in the former. So this plus the letter was 3 attempts to avoid court (I didn't think to work with Oregon's CCB or Washington's L&I prior). The other owner, Teri Evans, engaged in character assassination and in my opinion tried to make himself the victim in Small Claims court. He said that I made him scared. Here's the direct quote, "...he sent an email saying he doesn't want us on the job anymore...it starts getting a little scary for me. Um because he was like oh we're not coming back to finish...". He also accused me of bullying based on my emails/phone calls, and he said I threatened his worker's safety. It was Winter time, and he said I was demanding that his workers travel in the snow. I've never personally met either owner or talked to them directly outside of court. I said in court, "There is no evidence of me bullying." And there isn't, yet he chose to say that under oath. I consider his statements to be defamation. Another thing he said under oath was that the mud & tape was completed. I have pictures of his company's workmanship and pictures that show that the mud & tape was not completed (and is STILL not completed) by a reasonable person's standards. For Small Claims court I submitted pictures of DD's workmanship (pock marks and tape seams still exist even after 2 coats of primer, texture, and 2 top coats) as well as pictures of my scratched, brand new bathtub. I accused DD of scratching the tub based on a drywall screw that was in the tub and the fact that they were the only contractor working in the house when the tub was scratched. Teri said my evidence (pictures) was hearsay. Hearsay is basically a rumor or second hand information. A picture taken by a plaintiff and presented as evidence is not hearsay. Interestingly enough the judge let the hearsay claim and other ridiculous statements stand. The judge was Monica Herranz. She made national news when she let a defendant leave her courtroom out a door not normally used by defendants. She was accused of ethical misconduct because Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were waiting in the hallway to take the defendant into custody. An ethics complaint was filed with the Oregon Judicial Fitness and Disability Commission. After court I filed a complaint with Oregon's Construction Contractor's Board. They were incompetent. They initially told me to file a complaint even though they knew the job occurred in Washington. After my complaint was filed they said they didn't have jurisdiction. So technically DD can claim they don't have any complaints on their CCB record. I knew L&I would be just as worthless.

The only time they actually came the worker was on the phone the whole time explaining to someone in Spanish he can't do the job. He did about 20 min of work and said we need to reschedule. The admin that sets up appointments and deals with "customer service" have the worst customer service I have experienced. I had set up an appointment weeks out. No one showed up. I called to see what was going on and I was talked down to, and basically told I was a liar that there was no appointment. I was explaining my family's crazy work schedule and trying to set a new appointment with them. I was met with hostility when trying to set a new one with no understanding. No apology given or anything about them being a no show previously. Finally got one set. I had to adjust my schedule to make it work and on the day of the job their admin called to cancel. I had to move important things to accommodate their only available day and it was very disrespectful of my time. I decided I no longer care about my homes warranty and will find a reputable company to just pay out of pocket. Use with caution.

We recenlty had a VERY bad experience with Dynamic Drywall of Oregon. We bought a brand new home from a company that subcontracted Dynamic drywall of Oregon to do the drywall in our house. After we moved in we started to notice our corner beads (see picture) were budging off the wall. We hired/had estimates from 3 other independent drywall companies, a home inspector, and the manufactures of corner beads give us information on the issues and how to fix it, everyone told us, sometimes this happens but it is not a "normal" problem, just poor workmanship. so, we called our builder and they right away put in a warranty request for the problem and Dynamic Drywall of Oregon called us the scheduling lady is a very abrupt and rude, she usually(once she was nice, in fairness) sounds like we are bothering her by calling or that she bothered she has to call us. Anyway, they came out reasonably quick to fix it. They did not fix the corner bead problem they way we are told it needed to be done, but we thought, maybe this will work?? less than 3 weeks later the SAME spots were coming off! Mind you this is happening in about 40% of our house! We called the builder's warranty guy back and discussed it with them and told them we want the Dynamic Drywall of Oregon to do it a specific way so it does not fall apart again. the builder agreed. once again with the scheduling lady and they came out, they were only going to honor HALF of the agreement with signed with our builder. I called Dynamic drywall of Oregon and said " we have an agreement and you are not honoring it" then the boss-worker told me he had been doing this for 15 years and his boss told him to do it the way he was and already had. then I said, " with all due respect, it obviously is NOT RIGHT, not only were we told it was wrong by a lot of other people but it has come off TWICE!" He still argued with me and the builder, insisting they were in the right. At which point we told them not to come back at all! At the point the builder and we had to come up with a different plan, we were mostly satisfied with but actually, end up costing the builder and us a lot of money!! Dynamic drywall of Oregon DOES NOT care about people, they never even called to say sorry, and others in our new neighborhood have the same corner bead problems. I will leave it to them to complain if they want but it is sad to me that a company can do such atrocious work and still be in business. If you value your money and sanity I would not hire these guys!!
