Dan and his team removed some existing floating LVP, self leveled a kitchen and installed about 700sqft of brand new LVP. I cant say enough good things about him and his team. The price was fair, the communication was top notch, and the attention to detail made me grateful I chose them. They were on time every morning and put in a full shift. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 times.

Dan re-did my bathrooms less than 6 months ago. Instead of doing the subfloors properly, he cut corners. And because of this ALL OF THE TILE HAS TO BE RIPPED OUT AND ENTIRELY REDONE!! Dan is aware of this issue. He is aware that this was done poorly. Yet now I find out DAN PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE!!! Dont be fooled by the jovial personality. He will do it poorly, then have the audacity to place a lien!!

DAN WALKED OFF THE UNFINISHED JOB AFTER I PAID HIM $30K+ I hired Dan in July of 2024 to do a master bath and master closet remodeling. He said it would be done in about 2 months. I paid deposit in late July 2024. He said he'd start in mid August. Well, he didn't start until late September. This should have been a red flag for me, but I let it slide. Barely a week into the project a hurricane came through. Dan paused the job for about 4 weeks stating that his home roof was damaged and he needed to repair. He showed up for a couple of days then disappeared again for 3-4 weeks because he got Covid. After a week or two of work he disappeared for a month. After multiple calls and texts trying to get him to come back, he said that he was on a cruise vacation with his family and after that they were off for Christmas and New Year. At this point we are in January of 2025 - 6 months since the start. They showed up for a couple of days and then disappeared again for a month. He said that he could not find a plumber. Two months later and after about half a dozen plumbers came in to look at the job, he finally found a plumber. We are in late March now - 8 months from the start. He disappears again for a month stating that the tiling guy would not respond to him. Tiling was finally done by a second tiling contractor on the job in late May. After the tiling was done he showed up for a day. I pointed out several things that needed to be worked on (e.g. gaping hole in the dry wall in one of the rooms (~5 ft x 3 ft) thats been sitting there for months). He said that he could not do it because he did not bring his tools and that he would come next week to finish it. Next week came and passed. I texted and called him. He did not bother to respond to me. That was July 2025 A YEAR since the job was supposed to start. At that point I realized that he is not going to come back and not going to even bother to explain himself. I hired another contractor to finish this and had to pay another $4k. Besides leaving things unfinished, they screwed up badly several things that required extensive re-work: - Several outlets had no power. They were on tiles, so the repairs were costly you cant just open up a tiled wall. - One of the faucets in the bathroom could not be mounted as the rough-in was too deep inside the wall. Again, it was behind tiles no easy way to repair. - There was no insulation installed inside the attic after they installed the new dry wall on the ceiling. Overall, I lost the use of my master bedroom and master bathroom (not to mention furniture that had to be stored in other rooms making the house rather messy) for OVER A YEAR. He gave me multiple change orders. He quoted $18K and I ended up paying OVER $30K. There were no payment issues from me, I paid every invoice promptly within a day. Finally, he walked off the job without even bothering to inform me about that. It was a HUGE AND COSTLY MISTAKE to hire this man and his crew.
