Caleb came in and found the leak under our pavers using all kinds of different equipment. He was able to located it dead on, even though it was buried under concrete and quite far away from where we had find the water coming from. He was on the money and the plumbers were able to fix it. Caleb was friendly, put in all the time needed to find and finish the job. Would highly recommend him for any leak location services- hes not only a dry wizard but a leak whisperer.

I am writing this on behalf of Connie Johnson. She is a 74 year old woman. Who has worked all her life for a home. I'm ruined. Beware of Drywizard. On October 27,2025 I had my roof done by Done Rite Roofing. They did it wrong. It rained that day and water ran down my walls and threw my ceilings. October 30,2025 Drywizard came. They did the dry out and ripped out ceilings, insulation, cabinets and a floating floor which is thrown in my back yard. This is hazardous material. I still have some ceilings that need to be finished ripped out. We had to hang plastic on the ceilings to keep insulation from falling down in the house. They still haven't returned. We are now into 4 months of my home in really unlivable conditions. My daughter in law came down to help me do everything-in so she has lost her job this has ruined my family. We have plastic the ceilings so we could live in our house as we have lost our savings due to having to stay in hotels for 2 months hoping Drywizard would finish fixing our home as we were told they had a lawyer and would handle everything. This was a lie as this never happened. No one has done anything and now Drywizard is putting a lean on my home. Really what a ponzy scheme and pyramid scheme of Florida law and insurance scams. Still after 4 months haven't seen any insurance money. Florida is really corrupt. So when one of us gets mesothelioma who gets charged with murder. Beware Florida Seniors.

The owner and the technicians or very nice and knowledgeable people in there field. The owner is very knowledgeable dealing with homeowners and insurance companies. When having a water damage from a pip or hot water heater it is very important to call and limit the damage right away. If homeowners wait to long it could couse grow inside wall cavifetys and smell could be overwhelming for most. Don't wait call drywizard for all your water and mold restoration needs.

Caleb was knowledgeable and helpful enough to suggest us to order a more thorough mold test to find out if the issue is even there. Ill try to keep this short. Our house flooded during hurricane Helene and we hired this company to remediate our property. Big mistake. People showed up at the house at random times with no previous communication from anyone. The workers destroyed copper piping, a brand new bathtub, and tore up tile that we had said AT LEAST 5 times not to touch. The owner was gaslighting us and saying thats just demo while raising his voice to us on the phone. He said we never talked about the tile we needed untouched and Insisted this was our fault.... We documented EVERYTHING. Hes the worst of the worst. Guys like this should not have businesses. All the people that worked barely spoke English if at all. Items were STOLEN from us including tools that the workers used without my permission. The job took 5 weeks when it should have taken only 2 at most. We were taken advantage of. There are so many more unethical details to cover but I dont have time to write them here. Dry Wizard demanded the remaining payment BEFORE they finished the job. Never pay in full until the last detail is finished. This is construction 101 - only sleazy contractors dont respect this. Once they finally fixed a portion of what they destroyed, only then did we give final payment. They didnt fix it all but I wanted them out of my life. We had a lawyer on call just in case it escalated more so Id recommend you prep for the worst if you work with them (dont do it). Companies like this give a bad name to the good honest ones. They took advantage of a lot of people who lost their homes and cashed in. Please be careful in who you hire.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took advantage us and the situation after a disaster by ripping out drywall to the ceiling above the level Insurance will pay. We had to fire them after one room and ripping out the carpet. They kept our $5000 deposit and charged over $2000 one top of the deposit! Put big red xs all over the house on floors that were not affected. The crew pulled down two of our motorized blinds for no reason at all which will cost us over $2000 to fix. Stay away!

I am a first time home owner and I was totally taken advantage of by this company and their owner Caleb. I should have read reviews before hand because I have read people had similar issues I did. they were great in the beginning very professional and on top of things. then once paperwork was signed it went so bad. on multiple occasions they would schedule time to come in and do repairs so I would take days off of work and no one would show up. I would have to call multiple people to find out what was going on and they would just say sorry lets reschedule. this happened more times than it didn't and I lost lots of days of income. we were also provided with flooring choices and chose specifically PET SCRATCH resistant and within two weeks we have scratches everywhere. i had told the owner of the company caleb and instead of asking to see the floors he blamed my dogs having too long of nails and did nothing to help and my dogs do not have long nails. then when I got my itemized charge list that they charged my insurance so many little things that was never done. they explained it to me as they had to put the extra charges somewhere to accommodate for other charges? another issue was the handymen they hired had to redo their work multiple times. so many walk throughs. WHICH WAS MORE DAYS I HAD TO CALL OFF WORK. then to top it all off they put a lein on my home for nonpayment with no prior calls to let me know they were waiting on payment and doing a lein, I just got a letter in the mail....but my insurance has been trying to get ahold of them for proof of repairs before payment for weeks. this was almost a year ago and I do not normally leave reviews but i hope i can save someone else from using this company! i am still upset with how much we were taken advantage of and how poorly my home was left. cheap materials that did not hold up well so at first everything seemed ok until a few weeks later. flooring came up whcih my husband fixed and baseboards cracking. little minor things we decided to fix ourselves because we did not want to be involved with them again and who knows if anyone would even show up for the scheduled times. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO WORK WITH. i will post another review with pictures.

Excellent job to say the least They gutted and dried wet areas . Put all debris neatly for city to pick up. I a mean time I had surgery. Drywizard remained in touch constantly. I urgently recommend anyone considering Dry Wizard to think twice. Our experience has been terrible, extremely costly, and is ending in a lawsuit! We hired DryWizard in the summer of 2023 right after we got flooded from hurricane Idalia. We were promised to be back into our house 3 months after that. 3+ months later, the job wasnt even halfway done. No end was in sight. Workers would come intermittently if at all. Promises were made and then broken. Once we understood that our family just would not move back into our home for the next few months, we had to fire Dry Wizard and rely on a different, much more professional construction company who finally finished our home. Under Dry Wizards watch, we got some furniture destroyed, 2 electric glass mirrors broken, countless jobs had to be redone at great cost (baseboards, painting, drywall), the site was always left like a bomb went off, the AC pipe was reinstalled the wrong way and we had to have a service call to fix. We were charged for items that had never been done. We were grossly overcharged ($8,800 for terrazzo refinishing when it cost us $2,500 to refinish by the exact same subcontractor they were going to hire). After firing them they sent us an invoice that is just not accurate (at best), and almost fraudulent. Further, our 10th year anniversary gift was stolen from our home (our fault; we shouldnt have left it there). But mainly, if we didnt fire Dry Wizard, we would never had been back into our home! This is Dry Wizards problem. They take on a job that they just dont have the manpower to finish. They hire the worst temp workers. And the construction work is absolutely sub par. We are sorry we hired them in the first place, and we urge everyone reading this to proceed carefully with this fraudulent company.

Salesman and project manager talked like they knew the proper way to complete the work requested and were even trying to sell additional mold removal services since mold was possible behind the wet drywall, but they sent out a subcontractor that only covered up most of the damaged areas instead of replacing like was originally discussed. Then they charged extra saying part of the work wasnt included in the original contract when it was the same scope discussed with the original salesman. Contract was written unclearly so sounded like all work was included but then they said it wasnt after already starting job. Subcontractor tried a shortcut to texture the ceiling and now that the paint is dry and they are gone, it doesnt look much different than before they were here. Especially for the prices they charge, the work and professionalism is very subpar. Would not recommend them to anyone. For the amount they charge, you should be able to hire someone who does good quality work. If you have a small job or not concerned with the quality of details, hire a handyman for MUCH less cost and get the same or better quality.

I cannot thank the team at Dry Wizard enough. They came to us during an extremely difficult sinkhole repair. We are so very grateful that they had a sense of urgency getting rid of the mold in one of our bedrooms which was a direct result of leaks created by the sinkhole. My wife and I both have COPD so getting it repaired quickly and properly was of paramount importance. The showed up when they said they would, did what they promised within the timeline they had stipulated. The job was perfect. I highly recommend their work.
