I had water damage on my first floor ceiling in three different parts of my home, one resulting from the 2014 Napa earthquake (water from a large fish tank spilling out on the second floor loft), another due to my son's bathtub overflowing years ago (oy vey), and another from a leak from my attic in my Master walk-in closet, but I put off the repairs until last week. The textured ceilings were unsightly and bugged me for years so I found Taylor Drywall Repairs on Google and it was convenient because he's based in Napa like me. Rick was absolutely fantastic, from his cheerful disposition to his methodical approach to the job, I knew right away that I found the right person. Results were amazing, smooth ceilings with perfect knockdown texturing, it's like it never happened (yep, just like ServePro!). Attempted to request a simple bid and the business was unreceptive and quite dismissive at each pivot point of the conversation. It was the perfect example of how some contractors choose to not ensure that all leads that comes in contact with their business has a valued experience regardless if the job is not a fit for them. Frankly entitlement needs to be replaced with kindness, helpfulness and empathy to ensure long term success regardless of the type of service you provide.
