Firstly I called Northridge Drywall and it turned out to be Fidelity Builders and remodeling with a house address, stealing most of the name from Fidelity Builders and Design which looks like a well established business. Ido, the contractor had no idea how to prep a bathroom for tile. Gaps left, Shower concrete board installation shake and not fastened properly. All the workers were day labor hires. Each one showed up without a clue of the job they were to complete. The contractor only showed up to tell the day laborers where to be next and never checked any work. Snuck in the house without knocking or acknowledging like he owned it, whenever he showed up. They had to remove the shower walls due to not installing the braces when the walls were bare. The hot mop crew would not continue work due to the area not being braced correctly on the basis which would cause leaking. Ido charged me $400 for his mistake and told me it was an upgrade. I did not want to waste my time with this review , but the new contractor had to pull the boards again due to uneven boards and loose (actually shakes) I hope no one will ever have this problem like I did. A waste of time and money. I ended up redoing all the work he did. the hot mop crew was the only party that appeared to have concern that the job was done correctly. Finally, The invoice was like a kid created it. NO costs listed for each job or service just a total at the bottom.They also showed no consideration as they left multiple stains on the carpet and his answer was "sorry" The worst experience I have had yet. BEWARE.

This company did a great job removing the hideous popcorn ceilings in my apartment. There was no asbestos in it, it just looked awful. I am so happy I dont have to look at it anymore. They did an excellent job, I highly recommend them.

These folks did an amazing job repairing our ceiling. You can't even see where the patch was done. They were punctual, very professional and made sure my husband and I were satisfied before packing up. Highly recommended!
