I have had Drywall City come out several times for home warranty repairs on my new home. Their customer service is pretty good when you call in to speak with someone about their employee's sub par work. They are occasionally on time. They refuse to taken down any type of fixture, wall vents, light switch plates... they just mud right up to them and around them. Half the time they do not ape or put plastic covering over furniture, etc. They also do not bring ladders or step stools. They just stand on your vanity or kids beds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DRYWALL CITY.

I've had Daniel working in my home for the last few days repairing drywall for the warranty on my new construction (house settled). Super nice guy, professional, completely cleaned up after himself (with his own vacuum) and showed me how to repair some of the holes I'm going to have to cover up since I just sold my house. I just read some of the other reviews and not sure if they made personnel changes or what, but I've had to call them several times and not only were they very pleasant to talk to, they got me in right away both times! They called me back within the work day with no waiting, and Brett (I think he's the supervisor?) was very understanding when they showed up and I needed them to come back another day because I unexpectedly had to list my house really quick and really got the job done way quicker than I anticipated. I'd recommend them based on this experience and I've been rehabbing homes and working with drywall companies for years- very professional and seem like a great company to work with. 5 stars!

I was referred here by my home warranty company who put in a work request for me. After a week with no call I contacted them and spoke with a receptionist who stated the owner would have to call me back. 2 weeks later no call. I called again and got the receptionist again who tells me they never spoke with my warranty company. When I asked why no one bothered to call me back she stated it got lost in the shuffle due to Thanksgiving holiday. Absolutely unprofessional treatment. Asking my warranty company to choose a different plasterer at this point.

I had Drywall City do some work for us a few years ago and they did a good job so when I had some water damage I immediately called them. The receptionist took my name and said I'd get a call back. After 5 days and no call I called again, she took my name, apologized and no call back. Called again after 3 days and got a man who sounded like the owner. He apologized and I texted him pictures of the work and he promised me an estimate within a day. Its been 3 weeks, not even a return. Not a way to run a business and if this is a true measure of their customer service do you really want them working on your house?

When I needed a little work done on my old house to prepare it for sale, my realtor recommended these people. They did the job all right for the price promised. So far so good. The next week, I asked them for an estimate on another job at the same address. I talked to one of their men on the phone and I was promised a call back the next day. The call never came. Two days later, I visited their office to pay my bill for the first job. I mentioned my need for an estimate to their manager. He promised me that I would get a call within two days. No such call ever came. If they had said "we don't do this kind of work," or "we don't like the job you're offering," or even "we don't like you," I would've had no complaint. But they didn't say any of those things. They said nothing and expected me to just go away. Sorry, Charlie. That is not business-like. I will for sure never do business with them again.
