He communicated clearly throughout the project, and demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail to the area he painted. Where do I begin? What started as a 5-star experience ended up as a 1-star experience! Eric reached out to me in regards to my request for painting work, he sent a detailed email and seemed professional. Eric and Paul stopped by our townhouse, with my main point of contact being Eric. Initially, Eric was professional, he inspected the rotted wood on our deck and a few areas of drywall damage inside of home. He went to Home Depot and came back with the materials needed. After he started the drywall repairs and rotted wood repairs, he said he would be back to complete the work. This is where things went downhill... - I sent Eric a text at 3:32pm asking for an update, he then replied minutes later, stating he's finishing up another job and will text his eta when he heads out. - I sent him a text at 6:31pm asking for an ETA update and I was ignored for several hours. - I received a text from Eric at 9:07pm stating that he thought he could squeeze everything in and get it done, but sadly, he lied to us. - I sent him a text back and told him it was too late and to come get his tools. (He left his ladder, saw, and other tools in our garage for two days, which was another inconvenience as we're having a flooring contractor come out to finish the garage floor) - He arrived after 10PM and took his tools - I noticed the wood trim that was placed on our deck trim (to replace the rotted wood) is not the correct dimensions as the custom trim that's currently there. I missed my daughter's class and other errands that had to be completed for the day because I was anticipating Eric's arrival. This is an extremely unprofessional and unethical way to operate. My wife and I now have to hire another painter to complete the work.

I am overly pleased with the great work from this company. Paul was very kind and professional through the process. Id thought Id update with some photos to show off the great work and even to point out the extra mile Danny went above and beyond on. He found an electrical issue with my outlet and brought it to my attention. Thankfully, no one was hurt. He took the time to explain the issue and even offered to repair it. He did an excellent job. I contacted Paul and his team and they were everything I prayed for. They came in to remodel my mothers house for us to put it on the market.when I talk about a hard task this was a hill to climb. My mother smoked in the house for 30 years the walls and trim were yellow and the house smelled of cigarettes. After they were done with the house by putting flooring, Painting the walls and trim, bathroom remodel, the whole thing top to bottom. I walked in and passed out, I dropped to my knees and was flabbergasted seeing the amazing work they did. I would recommend this company to God himself because they did the Lords work. I was in a pinch after using "home advisor" and the selected painter showed up ill prepared for the job. I did a quick google search and found DMV Professional Painters. I needed a vaulted ceiling and walls painted almost immediately and they showed up and showed out! A team showed up, ready and prepared, and what should have taken two days took only one. They not only painted the vaulted areas, they painted the entire first floor ceiling as well. Great prices, very professional. Just back up and get out of their way and they will take care of business. Thanks DMV Pro Painters!

Paul and his Team were amazing. Chief compliment is they're easy to work with and VERY accomodating. We just purchased our first single family home and there were a lot of colors and and finishing choices that didn't match up with our own style, so between drywall repair and painting, they redid most of the main and upper levels (And we'll be calling them when we're ready to tackle the basement and ceilings!). Paul worked with us to quickly make it our own. Our timetable was constantly changing, as we were working around an uncertain start date, from not knowing when we would have access to the property after closing (due to a rent back), uncertain-extreme weather (heavy snow and ice) and also working around other contractors installing the carpet upstairs and movers coming to deliver our furniture and everything. All in all, they were amazing. We provided a key for them to be here as early or late as they needed, as we weren't occupying the house yet. They were very considerate with this, making sure they wouldn't be intruding if they were here too early or late. They made sure the space was safe for my children (11 and 4.5), while they worked and engaged with us, so we all felt like old friends. I felt safe with just myself and little girls there with just them, even late into the evening some days (again, it was our call if we wanted them there late or not). After the movers arrived, they were still working in areas where furniture needed to be placed, so we piled it in a different room. These were the largest items to be moved, such as a bulky entertainment center, stone coffee table and oversized sectional. Upon concluding their painting, they volunteered to assist us setting everything back where it belonged and saved me from trying to help my husband move these pieces. I can't recommend them strongly enough. They went back through their work to double check themselves, but it was usually dark by the time they were done, so they never hesitated to remind us to just let them know if we notice something they missed or were concerned with and they would take care of it. We had a few things come up and they were again quick to remind us to just let them know if there was anything else. Loved working with them and can't wait to do so again! Thanks again guys!! (I'll try to add some before and after pictures once we're done unpacking.)
