I want to give my strong recommendation for Dickinson Drywall and Construction, who helped us rebuild after a flood last year destroyed our floors, carpets, subfloors, and drywall on two levels of our house. Shane was great to work with, always customer focused, always responsive to messages, and always willing to address any issues we had along the way. His new showroom downtown is great, and really helped us in the carpet and wood floor selection process. All of this team share the same customer-focused energy that I would call old school customer service. We really appreciate this business and how they operate and are happy to recommend Shane for flooring, remodel, or any other construction project you have.

I recently had Dickinson Drywall drywall my entire house, and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dickinson Drywall & Construction did an excellent job renovating my basement with building walls, closets, lighting and flooring. The crew were professional, protective of my property leading to the worksite, always left project clean at end of day and the workmanship was awesome. Shane Dickinson was professional, quick to make suggestions, gave a thorough and reasonable estimate/contract and resolved any questions or concerns I had immediately. I would highly recommend this company for updates or repairs to your home.

I was shopping for LVP on a kitchen floor remodeling. I have shipped the big box stores and the local LL flooring. Saw a social media ad for this business. Best decision. Shane responded to text promptly, and I scheduled an appointment to check their flooring products. Provided a stellar choice and great prices. I ordered and there was a quick turnaround on receiving the product. Shane and his business have been easy and responsive to work with. Check it out if you're shopping for flooring or use his services.

After moving into our new home the only thing missing that we desired was a wet bar in the fully completed basement. We sent out requests for estimates and received many. Some were way above what we were willing to pay for the addition and contained many items that we didn't desire but had to go with the build. Out of all the estimates we received, Dickinson Drywall & Construction gave us exactly what we desired at a very reasonable price. Once the construction commenced the entire project was orchestrated perfectly. The workers were very polite, answered any questions we had, and actually went above and beyond what I would have expected for the project. They did run into a couple of "glitches" in the process but by using the mastery of their trades came up with very viable solutions. As one of the workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this project and I'm making it as though it was my own." The skilled workers that Dickinson hires are tremendous. Great job by Shane and his crew. They are a local Hartwood business with deep roots in the community. We had our pantry expanded. On day one, they found plumbing behind a wall that had to come down. Shane reassured us that our dream pantry was still viable and worked to reroute the lines. Other obstacles popped up during the course of the construction, each was quickly rectified. They did an exceptional job and we are using them again to tile our laundry room.

Dickinson Drywall & Construction did an amazing job bringing our vision to life. What was once a basic laundry room has now been transformed into a functional space that meets all our cleaning needs. Not only that, but they also created a dedicated area for our pets, making it easier to keep them healthy and happy. We couldnt be more pleased with the results!

RED FLAGS!!! As a construction, remodel, flooring company, you would think that they should know that flooring does not go under kitchen cabinets. We had too many problems with this company ranging from: 1. showing up when they want to...this includes not showing up at all. 2. I come home to a cloud of pot smoke in MY house. 3. forget about a return phone call, but they will call you for money. 4. they installed heated flooring, look at the picture attached and how they ran electrical wire....they taped the wire into place. 5. they used undersized electrical outlet wire in the kitchen which can lead to a fire. 6. I hope you don't have the displeasure of dealing with Kevin or Shane. 7. the only positive thing i can say about this company is that they are FINALLY OUT OF MY HOUSE...good riddance
