Terrible experience. The crew showed up late, completely unprepared, used our general contractors materials, and only removed some wallpaper before leaving early. The workmanship and professionalism were nowhere near what we were promised. We ended the project the same day because we didnt feel safe or confident with them in our home. We offered to pay for the little work they actually did, but the owner refuses to refund the rest of our deposit. Extremely unprofessional would not recommend.

Detail Painting did great work painting my entire house. However, my two cars, parked in the driveway while they worked in the garage, were covered in paint specks that now need professional detailing and buffing to remove. The follow-up experience was also very disappointing. I requested changing the colors in two small bedrooms and a bathroom and was quoted $1,000more than the original full-house job. When I questioned the pricing, Daniel said I wouldnt find this kind of pricing anywhere and suggested I check other quotes. While the quality of their work is good, the unreasonable pricing and poor customer service were very disappointing after spending thousands with them. Daniel doesnt seem to care nor want to keep follow up business nor receive referrals from people like myself, so I will go elsewhere and refer elsewhere.
