We hired Design Doctors to complete a full kitchen renovation in a commercial-style setting. The experience exceeded all expectations. It may sound corny or fake to say that I was extatic with the end result - but we are thrilled! Their team operated at the highest level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and collaboration throughout the entire project. Once you have a superlative experience with a contractor, you won't be satisfied with anything less. From the first consultation, Design Doctors stood out with their meticulous attention to detail and their clear respect for the space they were working in. It's challenging to work with a committee to come up with a design that everyone can agree on. They were patient with us and when we suggested something that really wouldn't work, they were able to satisfy the need with other options. They were incredibly neat and thoughtful, protecting surrounding areas and keeping the job site organized and CLEAN at all times. The team worked exceptionally well togetheryou could tell there was mutual respect and good communication, which made a big difference in how smoothly the project ran. As is typical in older spaces, we ran into a few unexpected issuessubfloor problems, and structural surprises. Each time, the Design Doctors team offered smart, effective solutions without inflating costs. They completed the work ahead of schedule and kept us on budget, all while maintaining the highest standard of quality and precision. We would absolutely hire them again!

I contracted Design Doctors to renovate a master and hall bathroom along with a living room fireplace. From the very first meeting with Justin the owner, and Cailin the designer, we knew DD was a great fit for our project. Cailin was a great listener and managed to not only design two stunning bathrooms but also improve the overall functionality of both rooms. We now have more useable storage, more lighting and two bathrooms that are easier to keep clean. During the construction phase we had the pleasure of working with project manager Dustin. Dustin was awesome to work with and always kept us up to date with daily communications. He was genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied with every detail. The whole Design Doctors team was professional, courteous and respectful of us, our time and our home. I cant recommend enough Justin and Design Doctors for your next project.

We had Design Doctors do a kitchen and family room remodel for us. In terms of cost, they were between the cheapest and most expensive quotes we received. Most importantly, they offered ideas of what could be done with the rooms, incorporating our overall vision and letting us know when some of our own ideas might not be so great. The kitchen was a big job, getting rid of a drop ceiling and relocating the refrigerator, oven, and range, with all new cabinets and island. In total it was a three month job, which is what they predicted at the beginning. During this time they kept us well informed of what to expect each day and we were impressed with their attention to detail so that there were no major surprises during the job. The quality of the carpentry, tile, flooring, and texture/paint work were very impressive. We would definitely use them again.

They did a complete master bathroom remodel. We have done bathroom remodeling on three previous homes and I can say without a doubt this was the best experience we had! They kept to the schedule, kept us completely informed of what was happening, explained any delays, and showed up on time. They cleaned up every day, and tried to minimize any inconvenience to us. What a pleasure it was to work with Design Doctors Construction! Justin and Cailin were phenomenal when it came to our kitchen remodel. They had so many suggestions that we would have never thought of, their eye for detail saved us from second guessing ourselves later. Though the Real Stars of the project were the crew of Design Doctors! Every single worker was so polite and professional on top of being excellent craftsmen. The quality of the work was beyond my expectations. Every day they showed up on time ready to get to work, they took extra care to protect areas that weren't being worked on and at the end of the day, always cleaned up after themselves! You hear horror stories of contractors getting started on a project and then disappearing for a days before showing back up again. Not Design Doctors, there was never a unscheduled moment when there wasn't someone working. Even the Electrician, Plumbers and Painters who aren't DD employees, were fantastic, polite and did amazing work as well. Lastly Rich Lord who oversees all Design Doctors projects as Foreman is obsessed with perfection down to the smallest seemingly insignificant thing, he made it right if it wasn't to his liking the first time (which was rare). Rich came by every day to check the progress of his crew or to direct a outside contractor on the work he expected to be done and never hesitated to have them come back if he wasn't satisfied with how their work turned out. Normally we tend to go "Middle of the Road" when it comes to how much we are willing to spend for work to be done, but after having Design Doctors walk us through their vision of our kitchen remodel, seeing the quality of materials they would be using, we knew they were the ones we wanted to do the work. Granted you pay a bit more, but it was worth every penny!!! I would highly recommend Design Doctors if your looking for high quality craftsmanship and just a great group of people that are going to be tearing apart your house and transforming into a place you'll love even more.

Justin showed up to help my mother and father in law on a nightmare of a project. A tree fell on their roof and the process was not moving quickly. Justin showed so much compassion and listened to my parents concerns and fears and stresses, laid out a very reasonable plan, (the most reasonable plan of any contractor so far) and then provided the written steps that were easy to follow. He was the 5th contractor and we only wish he had been the 1st call we made instead of the last. I can not say enough about this contractor and how much kindness and guidance he gave in a time of stress and frustration. We will definitely call The Design doctor for any other general contractor needs In the future. You will get honesty, understanding and most of all, knowledge to make any project go much more smoothly. We needed to have wheelchair ramps installed from our garage and from our patio into our home, as well as grab bars installed in our bathrooms. Justin and his team worked with us to carefully determine what would make moving around our new home in my power chair very easy for me. They installed smart locks and new dual shower heads with handheld shower heads at the appropriate height for meand a number of other tasks that helped make our home more comfortable. Everyone from the office staff to the various trade specialists were thoughtful, on time, and very communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this company!

Design Doctors are also design wizards. They were able to synthesis my months of research, exacting needs and limited budget into a workshop/studio that has a WOW factor of 10. This project started with a shed core, then included reframing new windows and doors for structural integrity, updating all internal systems, a raised floor for a wet room area, a method of sediment collection, a heat resistant area, all within a tight blueprint for 288 sq. ft. That alone was a stretch of creativity. Then you top that with a team of dedicated professional craftsmen who take pride in their work down to the details and finishing, who communicate throughout the process, show up early with a smile, and cleanup each day. They have made my dream studio a reality. I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again.
