Daren did a great job- a real pro! He communicated well when I contacted him from a referral from our plumber. I sent photos of the job and he responded with a quote and availability right away. He reconfirmed to inquire about gate codes, ect and best of all: He arrive 10 minutes EARLY! Start to finish took Daren 90 minutes- including reinstalling a baseboard. He left the area around the job very clean. I highly recommend Daren and would use him again in a second! Well done Daren!

Daren is phenomenal! When I called he answered the phone right away, he was able to come to my house that day to give me an estimate on some drywall repair. Daren took the time to explain the process that he would do to repair my wall and answered any questions I had. I had expected to pay a lot more but his price was great! We set a time for the repair. Later in the day he sent me his written estimate. The day before my repair appointment he texted a reminder. Daren arrived early (I loved that) and got right to work. He covered the work area with plastic and taped it to avoid dust and debris from collecting on the floor. Before I knew it Daren was letting me know the work was done (in less time than he told me it would take). Daren answered any questions my husband and I had and explained what he had done to repair our wall. He is knowledgeable and has ties within the community that allow him to recommend others for jobs that we might have that aren't in his area of expertise. Daren is the consummate professional who delivers on great customer service and fabulous results. Thank you Daren for making the process so easy on us, along with the great results. I chose Daren because he had wonderful reviews, a high ranking with the Better Business Bureau. I also felt that by working with Daren rather than a big company, I would get treated well and know the person with whom I would be working. We couldn't be happier with the work Daren performed. Daren and his helper completed a stucco repair on my 3-foot-high, 79-foot-long retaining wall. The setup, workmanship, and overall cleanup met expectations, and there were no issues with the quality of the finished work. However, the final cost came out significantly higher than anticipated. What was described as a two-day job turned out to be about a four-hour, two-person job (including setup, prep, stucco application, and cleanup). The total price for both workers averaged roughly $400 per hour, before accounting for drive time and materials. For comparison, AI and trade references indicate that specialty restoration or structural moisture remediation typically averages around $120 per hour. Im satisfied with the completed work, but would recommend confirming the hourly rate and scope in advance to avoid surprises.
