D&D did our basement drywall. Dave and his helpers were always on time, great prices, very punctual, and they made sure all fixtures and doorways were covered before they started their work. Our basement looks fantastic, and we cant thank D&D enough. Theyve been over twice to do it drywall work and well always reach out to them again for any drywall or other home renovations we need done.

David and his team are the epitome of professionals. The initial work was to wall off a loft area. That expanded to painting my ceilings and 80% of the walls in my house. I was impressed by their work, but it was the repeated compliments that we have received from friends on how well of a job they did that confirmed it. Even more importantly than the quality of the work performed, the kindness, courteousness, and collaboration that i will never forget. If I or David had a question, we worked together on the solution. I have also never seen a team so consciousness when it comes to cleanliness during a construction project. Scheduling - clearly communicated and any start/end times discussed. There was some scope creep (driven by my HVAC company... ugh) that we had to work through. I do not believe anyone else could have handled the situation with as much grace. Lastly, I am not a person to leave a review unless I feel strongly one way or another. For D&D Construction, I have nothing but positive feedback. I'd recommend them to any of my friends. Even now, I am discussing and refining with my husband what we want done next... and then the project after that... and then the next one...

D&D Construction & Renovations LLC is a great company! Mr. David Menjivar truly knows what he's doing when it comes to all of your drywall needs. For us, it was skimming, sanding and texturing of ceilings after the removal of popcorn ceiling texture. What an awesome job he did blending with a part of a ceiling that didn't have popcorn. Also, several drywall repairs to the point that you couldn't even tell there was a repair. David (D&D) is the only company I'm ever using. In fact, I'm scheduling for more work! Great job and well done..

After just one conversation, David understood my vision for the space and prepared a very reasonable quote. David is the best, he did an outstanding job finishing our laundry room! David was great about communicating with us, he would check in and make sure we were happy with the progress. After months of my wife and I Searching and being stood up by many local contractors, we finally came across d&d remodeling service LLP. We were Skeptical at first but, what a find. These guys not only showed up. They were on time, and their work was amazing. Words can describe how thankful we are to have found them. We had two rooms and a living area with a full bath. With all COVID going on they came and finish our basement was within two months. These men are truly the most Friendliest, respectful, hard working men I have seen. If u could more than 5 stars I would. Strongly recommend

I work in construction myself, and can honestly say I am always nervous about hiring contractors. David and Daniel did nothing short of the best job resurfacing my 100 year old home and finishing drywall. David, was very punctual, always responsive and easy to communicate with. If we made a plan to chat about something a week out, he always would reach out to confirm the day before. Good communication in construction is unfortunately rare, but they are on top of it. They did the job right, and did not cut any corners. I 100% would recommend them and will be hiring them again in the future. I suggest you do the same.
