We have had the BEST experience with Crown Finish! We had a tricky shelf adjustment and needed skilled woodworking for it. They worked hard to accommodate our schedule, provided additional material and knew exactly how to make our idea work. They were prompt, friendly, skilled, and didnt leave any evidence that they had been here except the finished project - not a speck of sawdust anywhere. They were reasonably priced. Bottom line on top I highly recommend Crown Finish for all your remodeling needs. Ive used them twice over the last couple of years. First in a kitchen remodel and recently in a six-figure remodel that encompassed two bathrooms, windows, exterior doors, siding, stairs, electrical, plumbing flooring, painting, framing, trim work and more. These guys can do it all. The entire team is very professional and friendly. They are constantly thinking three steps ahead of problems that could potentially come up. Their pricing is fair and competitive but will add up real quick, so make sure you have a thorough understanding of the scale and scope of the project as well as variables that could come into play if you doing a cost plus project. I really have no complaints except that their communication needs a little work. This is an area the whole team can improve on. Trades are still hard to come by and most still seem to take on more work than they can get to, so patience is always a virtue in a large remodeling project. If and when I take on another project which hopefully wont be for some time, Crown Finish will be my first call.

He was thorough and precise and took great care not to damage countertops or cabinets. I valued the rapid response and Austin's craftsmanship. I had a great experience with Crown Finish. We remodeled our front room into an office. Crown Finish took care of framing, drywall, painting, and electrical, as well as demolishing and moving our entryway coat closet. Everything turned out great. It looks like this office was always meant to be there. I enjoyed working with everyone that came to my home. I also appreciated that they were very flexible. They provided an initial estimate which we responded to with some changes (mainly removing some work to save on the cost) and they didn't mind at all. Then the final bill came and it was lower than the estimate, which is always a nice surprise. It took a little while for the work to get started (mainly in waiting for the door to the office to arrive) but once it started it was done very quickly. I would have liked more communication or some idea of what things would happen on what days. Sometimes I wouldn't get a response to a text or email for 2-3 days. But I think that's pretty typical with construction. I didn't dock them for this though because everything else was definitely 5 stars and communication wasn't bad enough to remove a whole star. Thank you Crown Finish for making this process very easy when I know remodeling can be a real nightmare for many people.
