In response to Ms. Trimbles review about my company I will say it was completely false and mis-leading. I met Ms. Trimble at the location. We went inside and the double wide trailer was "fully furnished". Completely, beds , couches, tables and a full kitchen. I asked if this stuff would be moved and she said "No and if you can't do the job I have other people who can." Pretty short response. The entire unit was to be drywalled. Walls / ceilings with all metals and texture. Contrary to Ms.Trimbles saying it was an easy job it is not and under these conditions nearly impossible without asking for trouble. In that unit I said what the average was for such a unit (empty) and without removing the obstacles it could run much higher. In the next unit she continued to be very dis-respectful and when I asked to see both doors in the unit to accommodate 12' drywall she made a smart remark and I responded that I didn't think she had ever hung any drywall before and it went south from there. She informed me of all her drywall experience. I simply said "I would have to pass on this project". I never spoke one word of her disrespectful language to me and haveing her back constiantley turn to me walking 5 ft infront of me barking out what she wanted done. I have never and I mean never had a bad encounter or a bad review in my life. I have been working in the Coachella Valley for 38yrs. I typically do larger jobs with a 30-45 day wait period before we receive payment but love doing work like this where I meet alot of great people. I am sorry for this bad review but having never checking my reviews that's why it comes as a shock 4 mo later. To Ms. Trimble I am sorry her experience was not what she wanted but as I stated this review is completely false and mis-leading.

Guy (Greg Smith, "President") acted extremely excited for work on the phone and sounded like a man that wanted to work. Came out to look at the place, didn't even bring a tape measure. Shot me a quote almost 2x higher than 3 other companies I had come do estimates then followed up with he wouldn't take the job. Wasted my time showing him another property where he disrespected me greatly by assuming my skills. Yeah, I'm 5 foot nothing, but I've probably lifted more drywall in the last 6 month then you have in the last 2 years considering you lack of desire to work an easy job. Will not be using for these 3 easy flips. Went with another company and they've already completed one property. I love when people actually want to work and get easy money. Saves me time and effort and that's what people need in a company in this market. Maybe in the future, but I've got serious work to get done and can't waste time with people that aren't serious about their work. Can't comment on his quality of work, but if you're interested in using this man, I recommend shopping around first.
