Great contractor! We have used a number of contractors over the years, but none with as much skill, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We have now used this company for a variety of projects, to include painting, fencing, plumbing, and siding repair/replacement. Any time we need repairs to our house or any other structure or system on our property, we will definitely call Custom Homes, because we know they will do it right for the right price. Highly recommend. UPDATE. We recently had Custom Homes do still more work for us. We were again very pleased with the work they did. One of the jobs was a bit unusual, but they forged ahead, had to use some ingenuity, got it done, and left us with a beautiful addition to our home. A big thank you to Valde and the crew!

We recently completed a full shower remodel and couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and communicated well throughout the project. The craftsmanship is outstanding - flawless tile work, beautiful frameless glass enclosure, and excellent water pressure with the new rainfall showerhead. Clean-up was thorough and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a shower renovation. Quality work that transformed our bathroom completely.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. After a very traumatizing experience with the company that built my home 3 years ago (Adan Pena AAP design and construction) Valdemar was recommended to me, my husband and I decided to hire him to do the repairs on our home after it was flooded in the recent storm. One thing I've always hated about my home was the lack of attention to detail and that was the complete opposite when Valdemar and crew came in to repair my home. I never trust anyone with my personal items and home and the crew was so incredibly professional!!! I had every single item I owned in the home while they were working on it and they did not touch one single thing of mine. I am so happy with their work and professionalism and would definitely recommend as well as hire him again for any future work!

Comfort Homes did an amazing job on the remodel of my home. They installed our tile, as well as help with mold growing from the flood by redoing our Sheetrock also installing installation for us. The crew was very professional as well as the owner! I would definitely recommend them if you need any remodeling done to your home. The owner also saw some holes I had in my ceiling and patched those up as well as painted the interior walls for us. Overall they were amazing and we had no issues getting into contact with them!

Valdemar Guajardo with Comfort Homes and his team of workers are wonderful. He completely redid my fence that I had done a year before that was falling down because it did not been done properly. Then he did the siding with hardy board on three sides of my home. It looks better than when I first bought the home. He will soon be doing a complete shower and Removing the tub I trust him completely, and his prices are very reasonable

My husband, a veteran, was informed of VA Benefits for modification of the bathroom. We contracted Mr Guajardo of Comfort Homes to do the work that would meet VA criteria. He completed paperwork as requested, was awarded the project, performed and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We appreciate the camaraderie that was developed amongst he, his team, and us, the customers. He has earned high respect from us and thus, we highly recommend his work, professionalism, and modest cost of labor. Mr Guajardo is prompt to answer phone calls and answer any questions. Comfort Homes completed a remodeling project on my 2 story townhouse in early October. Project consisted of removal and disposal of existing cedar siding and replacing it with hardie board siding. All boards were caulked and sealed using quality materials as they were shown to me. Workers were courteous and on time every day, showing up with a full crew. Project was completed under the time estimate and within the quoted price given to me. Mr. Guajardo showed up on site everyday and sent me pictures of the progress when I had to leave town for a few days. Excellent workmanship!
