This is the best company that does everything! They are knowledgeable and always on point. Hire them for all your needs. If youre not sure if they can handle the job, get in touch with them and Im sure they can get it done! Im so sorry Im moving away from the area. I will miss their work.

Victory Property Management uses Color Spectrum and we've been very pleased. We haven't used them much on high quality sales type jobs, but for a rental property they do great work at a great price and most importantly exactly along the lines of how we ask things to be handled so as to maximize the owners ROI. They're timely and deal well with the tenants. We've been very pleased!

We purchased a new home and had a handful of quotes from various companies. Initially we were impressed at how quickly things were communicated and questions were answered. We were given a timeframe of less than a week for job completion which was perfect because we needed flooring done (new carpet and tile upstairs and on a third floor) and needed that to happen after the painting was completed. 1. The timeframe was well exceeded which caused issues with our flooring installers. Ultimately, color spectrum splashed paint on brand new high end carpeting. Literally, brand new. This is because they underestimated the timing and over promised on a job they couldnt complete. Shouldve had additional crew out to paint when we voiced concerns. 2. We literally had to stay on top of the painters and come to the house daily (while we were trying to pack our old home and take care of our child) to make sure things were done correctly. Sanding didnt happen where it shouldve and where we were promised, tape wasnt replaced on ceilings. Could not trust that the job would be completed professionally without a daily visit. 3. Had a few spots touched up on our ceilings (that color spectrum painted). Once dry, it was clear that a different color paint was used. We now have spots on our ceiling. We emailed Rich to ask what color was used for the ceilings everywhere else but once we paid, we never heard back. Now our expensive, freshly painted, new floor, beautiful home looks awful and unprofessional. In hindsight, I would not have used this company and couldnt recommend them. Lots of errors, poor communication, and overall a lackluster team.

Was referred to this company for powerwashing one of my rental. All communication was via phone call/text. Never heard back from them and then months later I get a certified mail collection letter. Super disorganized and very disappointing.
