Update (2/2026): Cohens Building just wrapped up our second project. After such a great experience the first time, we didnt hesitate to call Aaron again. The project was completed on time, under budget, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you have a project you care about, look no further. Original (9/2024): We hired Cohen's Building for a complete bathroom remodel and couldnt be happier with the entire process. Aaron offered great design ideas and was proactive in suggesting solutions that helped reduce costs, ultimately coming in under budget. His communication was also excellent throughout the project. I hired Aaron to work on a bathroom renovation that included replacing a fiberglass tub/shower with a fully enclosed, tiled shower; replacing laminate flooring with tile; and updating walls with shiplap. Some of my requests and materials required a high attention to detail and careful planning. From the beginning to the end, Aaron was trustworthy, reliable, thoughtful, enthusiastic, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. That shows in the small finished details, and the result is a space that we'll enjoy for years to come. Photos are from when the work is almost complete. 10/10 would hire Aaron again.

100% satisfied with the renovation that Aaron did on my master bath and walk in closet. Aaron provided a detailed quote for the project and completed the project on time and on budget. Aaron's communication throughout was prompt, texting updates and walking with me daily to show his progress and what the plan for the next day was. He also offered flexibility in sourcing materials for the project (which other builders I received quotes from did not) while offering meaningful feedback if one of my choices may not work. Aaron completely transformed our main floor bathroom, installing a tile shower, LVT flooring, a new window, open shelving, shiplap and a custom live edge vanity. My husband and I found Cohens Building online and were initially drawn by the positive reviews and Aarons tagline that read, one bathroom at a time. Aaron is respectful, very timely and puts noticeable thought and precision into every task. He checked in often to make sure decisions and design were exactly what we wanted and didnt cut corners to get us there. Hes careful, friendly and we felt safe and comfortable with Aaron and his crew working in our space, whether or not we were home. When he bumped into a challenge or an unknown, Aaron carefully and patiently worked the problem and always came out on top. Every step of the project was clearly communicated and price points were competitive and fair. Aaron did amazing work. It is beautiful, functional and we love it! We contracted with Aaron to renovate our kids bathroom. Every phase of the process was well planned and thought out. At the end of the project, we were within $1000 of the original estimate. The work was completed in a timely manner and with excellent craftsmanship. Aaron has a keen eye for detail. He goes above and beyond even when it may not be totally necessary. At a couple points in our project, Aaron reached out to us with alternative ideas to what we had originally planned. Each time, his suggestion was the right call and also saved us money. We are thrilled with how the bathroom turned out. Our kids love it and think that it looks like a spa. Aaron completed the job as advertised when hiring him. There were a few bumps and bruises along the way (expected with remodel), but ultimately, those issues were resolved by the time work had finished. Hes a nice guy who values his and your time. He doesnt start too early and will finish the day early enough for you to enjoy family time, which we appreciated. His tile/laminate flooring work is superb. If I can leave him with something to work on, it would be the ability to consult the customer before assuming you know their likes/dislikes. This wasnt a huge issue, but there were times we crossed that bridge. Aaron was willing and able to make the necessary changes once communicated with. Hes a very nice guy who we hope has nothing but success going forward. We would recommend him for remodels.

Aaron got the job done well! No cutting corners or slacking on getting my half bath remodeled to my specifications. We hit a few snags but all issues were satisfactorily resolved and fixed to my complete satisfaction. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023 now we've moved on to the kitchen which was very very dated. Aaron tore out an eyesore section of cabinet and countertop and replaced flooring. Remodeling can be stressful, but Aaron was a total pro all the way around. Help me make choices; he executed what I wanted done; and he saved me some money. I highly recommend his work and his ethics. Keeps you informed; always on time; AND HE listens well to what it is that You want. Pricing is fair. Easy to communicate with; and all problems and snags in process are overcome. Set plans to have him back to do the backsplash tiling. I have no negatives about the work that Aaron does. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Aaron repaired our trim, drywall, he repainted some walls, touched up some smaller spots, basically gave our house a once over and repaired everything our children have destroyed over the years. He was responsive to our request for an initial quote and kept us updated about his schedule. When working on the drywall, Aaron was quick to identify and ask about potential issues. The job was done well and even slightly ahead of schedule.
