This was the best handman service we have every hired. We were over in Orlando visiting our mother in law and the front door needed to be fixed. Cory showed up in less than 24 hours and fixed the problem under one hour. He wasn't just professional but patient and kind. What a wonderful experience.

This review is late but I was so impressed with Cory I need to share my experience. Initially I had people fix a leak I had in my window. Their answer and work were just bandages rather than confirm the real problem. Each time the heavy rain came down proved the others didnt take their time and fix it. Not with Cory. He was amazing and I havent had an issue since. Cory was thorough and very professional. I will use him for any general repairs I need. I would highly recommend this company.

I am an out of town owner and I got word that due to a storm my carport had a lot of damage and was leaking. CM Property Savers responded to my message quickly and gave me a quote within a day. I was on a time constraint and had to have it done quickly. They got on it and within a few days it was back to good. I have to trust that a contractor will be honest and do the job I pay them for since I am 5 states away and it has not always worked out for me. This time it did. I'm so thankful for the professionalism and patience they gave me and would recommend them again.

We needed repair to an outer wall to replace stucco as well as water damage to the wood underneath. Cory was wonderful and did an amazing job. I needed to replace the rotted wooden gate. Cory was on time for the estimate/walk thru and made sure he understood the job. He confirmed the day and time when the work would begin and made me aware that he was on his way. He quickly removed the old gate, built and installed the new one. It looks amazing! What he did in a short bit of time would have taken me days, with lots of colorful adjectives, to complete. I will definitely call Cory again with future projects. Please note, I did not require the gate to be painted.

Cory did some siding repair and exterior painting on our home and it looks awesome! Our exact siding pattern is no longer manufactured, but Cory modified a newer piece of siding to match the rest of the house and you would never know that its not an exact match! Very easy to work with. My 10x12 shed had pretty bad water and termite damage, and was pretty much unable to be used. They came in, removed all wood rot and wood damage, and replace flooring and inner support beams. I am able to use my shed fully again! Excellent job!
