We had water damage from an upstairs sink overflowing and coming through the ceiling into a downstairs bathroom. The upstairs vanity and a piece of flooring had to be removed as well as partial wall and ceiling downstairs. We reached out to Ivan to discuss the repairs and he came the next day to take a look at what was needed. He was very attentive to what we wanted to see in the repairs as well as offering suggestions within our budget. When it was time for the repairs, he communicated every step along the way and arrived on time. His team was extremely considerate that I worked from home. He kept a clean space, put down the appropriate drop cloths and shut doors to spaces he was working in. The work completed is amazing quality and we are pleased with the outcome, cost and overall respectfulness of Ivan and his team. Ivan helped to upgrade our bathroom in our Matthews, NC home! He did everything he promised from a timeline perspective which was so refreshing to find in a contractor. He did an amazing job switching out our vanity, installing plumbing, and doing the mudding, drywall, paint and installation of the lighting, mirror and other fixtures. He is a true "do it all" handyman. He also has a design eye and was able to guide me with great recommendations (e.g. make sure to get a rounded toilet paper holder style b/c your mirror is rounded and it will compliment it better).
