This company is a joke! They are thieves and do not pay their employees!!!

This company does not pay the subcontractors. They provide an unsigned check and send subcontractors to a specific gas station to cash the check. Three weeks later and the check cannot be cashed and zepeda refuses to sign the check.

I don't know what these reviews are talking about some of these people may be exaggerating this company has built entire neighborhoods for years and I decided to try them on a residential property of mine finished 2 days earlier than expected went and had to see it to belive it and wow everything was looking good
