AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am shocked and disappointed with the lack of care and consideration they took for our property. The crew left drywall mud all over everything - new doors, windows, and fresh concrete. And when they came to clean up - they just picked up garbage, and did not do a thorough cleanup, leaving it to us. Totally Unprofessional. Sites should be left better than you found it, not worse. Additionally, they are horrible at communication. Our small project took weeks and they rarely let us know when they were coming. I would NOT recommend using Canby Drywall.

I have been a long time resident of Canby and I would avoid this company at all cost! When we started the Drywall process of the remodel we were assured this would be a two week process. We are currently 4 weeks behind schedule with Christmas approaching on a complete remodel of our home, we have no kitchen, no bathrooms, no bedrooms, and these guys refuse to show up to and work when they say they are going to be there. Terrible Communication, When you call the office most of the time you get a recording when they are supposed to be open, we left numerous messages that were never returned asking if someone would be coming to work on the house. There has been one day of work on this house this week after being assured they would get this done. at this rate it will be late January or longer before my family can get back to normal. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

This company was to provide drywall repairs in our new home in accordance with our 1 year warranty. They arrived on time and as scheduled and the good review stops there. Their lack of care and concern for my home furnishings and flooring goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. No precautions were taken to protect the areas they were working in until after I spoke up and questioned them. By this time I had drywall materials on my furniture and wood flooring. It was tracked everywhere as they just walked through it spreading it throughout my great room area. My quartz kitchen counters were used as a work station. Their ladder dragged across the floor from place to place. It was as if the work they were performing was being done in an under construction home. I will also add that I had asked what preparations I could make to minimize any mess and to protect my home furnishings, etc. and I was told to do nothing but mark the areas with blue tape and they'd take care of the rest. I would never use or recommend this company again.

Worst customer service. Tried calling to get a estimate for a job and they just kept trasfering me around until a person told me the only person who can give a estimate is not that day. They said they would call back and never did. How do these people even stay in business?
