So Im gonna start by saying I may not be the most laid-back person. However, once they finally got out here after a month or two I dont remember how long. They installed my mini split units. One of the minisplits stopped working almost immediately (less than a week) because there was a gasket or something loose. So they had to fix that and put in more Freon-we were charged for that, according to my mother who paid for it. I now have one that the heating element is not working in and they will not call me back. Not even a sorry no-we cant help you. No response for like four days. Its colder than a witches booby out here. I guess Ill get a screwdriver and wear Google out. I only gave two stars because they were the only ones willing to put them in in the first place. The installation is fine. Theyre securely on the wall, etc.. My issue is the follow up or lack thereof on their own work. I know I know this review will irritate somebody. I do not care.

C & L Pro did an outstanding job on a framework repair around our garage door! We could not recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again for future projects!

We called Chris to do a small home repair for us. He gave us a day and time that he could come out. He was very prompt and was here at the exact scheduled time. He looked at the job and since he had to buy an item for the repair, he told us he would email us an estimate. He sent the estimate within a few hours. We felt the estimate was reasonable and scheduled a day and time for the repair. Again, he was very prompt and was here at the time scheduled and did a great job fixing our problem. We highly recommend Chris and Laura, his sweet wife who works with him. We appreciated his promptness at each scheduled time. He left the area clean after the repair, which looked perfect when he finished. He is a very professional, personable, and respectful young man. We will definitely call them for any home repair we may need in the future, small and large.
