FIVE STARS!!! Rocky, John and JR saved the day. We request BMP to come out and assess some work done by a previous contractor. The contractor had basically abandoned the job and had installed the framework. Rocky came out and explained in detail what was wrong and that basically the whole thing was a mess. We worked together with the city inspector and got things moving. They were out right away and worked super hard to get everything fixed and finished. It took about a week. Rocky kept me up to date and communicated with me daily. They worked full days and did an amazing job. Thanks so much to all of you at BMP for your hard work and support. Our deck is beautiful and were so happy to be able to enjoy our yard after 6 months.

Rocky and John with Building Maintenance Plus are great to work with. I've hired them twice now, both for smaller projects but stuff that needed to be done - my concrete steps had fallen off the front of our house, and the second time we had water damage in a tricky corner in the ceiling of our bathroom. Both times it was painless to get on their schedule, even though my projects weren't very big. Rocky and John clearly care about the quality of their work and their arrival at my property was communicated promptly, if there was any need for a delay, I was notified. They went above and beyond to work on these projects. I would hire them again if needed.

Rocky and crew are great to work with. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and they get the job done. Quality work, no corner cutting. Have used these guys for several projects in the past and recently replaced flooring in two rooms. Highly recommend across a number of projects and will definitely use again.

Rocky and his wife are extremely unprofessional, inconsistent, and poor communicators. Denying legitimate reviews to present only a very small portion of 5 star reviews is false advertising. There are many other poor reviews for this business readily available by scouring Google. They also do not engage in legally mandated Covid measures so are putting those they interact with upon hire in danger due to their personal stances.

I had reached out to several contractors to sheetrock a ceiling for me, either they didnt reply, or there was lack of communication. I reached out to Rocky and he responded within 24 hrs. and kept in constant contact. Butch was here on time and was personable and professional. He got the job done in 3 days by himself and did a fantastic job! Everything was cleaned up when he was done. Thank you both! I will definitely be calling Building Maintenance Plus for future projects.

Rocky and his partner John were top notch. I needed two front doors worked on (one replaced and one adjusted). They did everything they could to make sure my doors were just right. Great guys, too. I just had BMP over for a third project. I cannot recommend them highly enough! It is nice to find a company that cares about the quality of work they do, not just about profit, and blasting through a job just to get done. Their attention to detail is very impressive. Hard to find that anymore. All my jobs with Building Maintenance Plus were completed on time and under budget. Rocky is a very thorough and multi-talented tradesman! Old School Cool!
