Matt was amazing!! We had 2 exterior doors that were water damaged and needed replaced. Matt worked diligently in the Florida heat to accomplish this in 1 day. He kept the area clean and neat. Matt did an amazing job finishing the door trim. We also needed some drywall repaired. Matt does wonderful drywall work. We could not be more pleased. We will definitely use Matt again and we highly recommend Matt's services.

Matt is hands down amazing! Im a real estate agent and had an inspection report come in late on a Sunday night. I called Matt, and he got back to me immediately...no hesitation, no runaround. He scheduled the work right away and knocked out everything on the list. Not only was the quality of work top notch, but his communication was just as impressive. He did exactly what he said he would, followed up every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond. When the job was done, he locked up, turned off all the lights, and even let the cats out of their carrier so they could roam again, just thoughtful all around!! Breezy home restorations is now 110% in my go to vendor book. Ill be using and recommending BHR over and over again!!

I had hired Matt to repair the soffit and facia at my grandmothers house, he was on time, amazingly fast with completing the repairs, couldnt even tell there was prior damages. I then hired him back to replace some interior doors and trim work, again SEAMLESS work. Matt has a lot more professionalism than what you see now days out of people. WOW!!! WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH MATT AND HIS COMPANY FOR DEMO AFTER LAST TWO HURRICANES. WE HAD TO GUT THE ENTIRE HOME WITH REMOVAL OF ALL DRYWALL, KITCHEN, BATHROOMS ALONG WITH TILE FLOORING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

Matt and his crew did a phenomenal job renovating my home from Hurricane Ian damage in April. It was a lot. But not as much as right now. My home was flooded with almost 15 inches of water by Hurricane Helene's storm surge, and I immediately got in touch with Matt to help. He came today, Saturday, with his crew and they started ripping out damaged carpet, baseboards, door jams, and helped us get ready to repair. It's a bigger task than before, but I know he will be the utmost professional and do the work correctly. I highly recommend Matt and his crew.

Great job on the epoxy floor and drywall in my garage! I love the new door with the glass window and screen to let the breeze in. The custom shelving makes it very easy to get to things. Also, rescreened my back lanai wonderfully as well as a few other repairs around the house that I needed done. Could not be happier! Very professional and always showed up on time.

Matt come out to the rental property and evaluated my exterior side door for the garage. The bottom had water damage and rotted. He measured and replaced with a new door the same day. Door swings perfectly and hardware looks good. Happy with results. Quick. Professional .
