We hired Eric after we had a horrible experience with a fraudulent and terrible handyman he left our porch unfinished and all that he did had to be redone due to it not being done right, this other handyman also stole money from us. It took the first handyman 2 months to do a terrible job. We hired Eric to finish and repair what needed done. It ended up being the whole porch basically needing to be redone. It was a nightmare! But Eric came and gave us a fair quote and tackled this hard job and had it finished in a week. He updated us with progress at the end of every day. I will never hire another handyman again besides Eric. We are so pleased and happy with the work he done and we have a up to code and finished porch that is beautiful! I trust Eric and his worker fully and will be using him in the near future for other projects. Thank you Eric for all you have done. My porch is beautiful! The pictures dont even do it justice and I cant wait to paint it! Again thank you!

Could not be more pleased. Mr Coggins from Big Dogs Handyman Services- he returned my call with in 30 minutes. Made time for us in his schedule and did everything we needed so we could close our house on schedule. Wish we had knew about him earlier. Eric is the essence of quality service and professionalism. Hes extremely accurate in detecting home repair issues. He doesnt mind educating customers about the mechanical issues of their homes, or showing them how he was able to correct them. Personally, I know nothing about house maintenance but every time Eric has come it has broadened my scope of how home maintenance.works. I trust Erics work percent. Excellent service and craftsmanship. We had a rear door with wood rot and he replaced everything! We also had a very old Slidding Glassdoor that we have been fighting with for years, since parts were no longer made. He went and got some supplies and hand built his own mechanisms and it now slides like hot butter on a pancake!!! I am so thrilled to have come across an affordable and honest handy man!! We will definitely be referring him to neighbors and using him again!

Was dealing with a broken toilet for 7 weeks! He came out and we had it fixed within 24 hours. Jim was friendly and kind and dog friendly!!! Its more than just the work, he was considerate and made time to say hello as well.

We had ceiling tiles falling in bath area due to old age. Called and left a message for Big Dogs and the returned call and scheduled. They did a very professional and clean installation in a very old slightly tilted house! Would definitely recommend and use again and again! Very reasonable prices.
