I had Rich come in and build out my basement from scratch. It required a lot of creativity and presented a variety of different challenges due to ceiling/hvac and size shape of the room. Rich owned the project from start to finish. He was able to work with me as we made adjustments. I could depend on Rich being here daily until the job was complete. My patio, surrounded by trees and badly weathered, now looks like it was just installed thanks to their expert power washing. I cant stop looking at it. My house needed a major refresh so I hired Rich and B&B to paint the entire interior of my house. I wish I had thought to take pictures of the before - now that it's done, I feel like I'm living in an entirely new house!! Rich is a professional and efficient project manager and painter. My walls were a mess of dents and scratches after years of the kids and dog crashing into them and he made them look newly built. This project was more affordable than I originally thought and done much faster than planned as well. I cannot say enough about how great B&B is and I'm beyond happy with how everything looks. Definitely will choose them for any future painting projects!!

We hired him Summer '22 to powerwash our house, stain our decks and install gutter guards. Powerwash was fine. We had to call him back to fill in missing spots from the deck stain and replace bad railings that i was under the impression was something he would have taken care of in the assessment of the job (lesson learned). When the top gutters overflowed after a heavy rain shortly after the gutter guard installation, he had to clear them out and they were "flowing like the nile river." Fast forward to less than a year after the guard installation, the gutters overflowed again. My quick thinking neighbor sends a drone to the top gutter and discovers the installation was never complete. I reached out and not too surprisingly, I never hear from him. We had to pay nearly $700 to complete his work. See attached pictures.
