To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a contractor named Nick, whom I recently engaged for a bathroom drywall project. Although we agreed upon a $350 quote, the contractor's conduct was highly unprofessional.Following the initial phase of the work, a confrontation occurred when I requested confirmation that the project would be completed prior to final payment. The contractor became irate insisting he should be paid in full, resulting in a loud verbal dispute outside my residence that caused my family, young children to feel unsafe. Due to this erratic and unprofessional behavior, I cannot recommend his services. I am submitting this report to advise others to seek services from reputable companies to avoid similar experiences, Im now left with the dilemma Of hiring another contractor to complete his unfinished work and or finishing it myself, I did pay this contractor in full to ensure he wouldnt return back to my residence, this confrontation was all recorded on my home security system. Nick, AR Drywall, does outstanding work and I cannot recommend him highly enough! I called for a quote and he came to my house the same day and started work within a week. We needed the textured ceiling in our family room removed and the walls repaired and prepped to be painted. Nick was always on time, meticulous, efficient, hardworking, and did an excellent job. He thoroughly cleaned up every day and at the end of the job. He always responded promptly to texts & calls. Also, Nick is a great person and I enjoyed having him in my home. We will definitely look to AR Drywall for future projects!
