We hired Ardian to remodel our 35-year-old master bathroom, which desperately needed an update. He and his team came in and completely transformed the old bathroom and laundry room into a modern, beautiful space all in under two weeks. They also painted my home office, built a custom closet, repaired the ceiling in the kitchen, and installed new drop-down attic stairs. All of it has made our home so much more comfortable as my husband and I plan to retire here. The custom shower niche and built-in bench are my favorite details. Removing the old tub also opened up the option for future wheelchair accessibility if we ever need it. Ardian and his team did excellent work, paid attention to every detail, and were easy to have in the house. Im very happy with the results and would gladly recommend ANP Associates to anyone.

Ardian and the team at ANP Associates came highly recommended by my sister, and now I know why. We hired them to help us to update our upstairs apartment, and its truly transformed. They worked with the quirks of our old house rather than against them, which was important to us. In the bathroom, they painted the walls, re-grouted the tile, and carefully refinished a salvaged sink cabinet. In the kitchen, they scraped and repainted the built-in cabinet, refinished old salvaged cabinets, installed butcher block countertops, and cut and installed a salvaged marble countertop and shelf. Ardian also tiled the backsplash, which wasnt easy, given our uneven walls but he made it look great! No surprise, as Ardian lived in Italy for about 10 years and learned to tile there. We loved that they were able to restore our radiators without removing them or disrupting the system. Ardian stripped off years of old paint by hand, then repainted them with a metallic finish. Now the original details are visible again, and they look great! One of my favorite parts of the project was the installation of salvaged historic dental molding in the Great Room. These were large, exterior-wood pieces, varying between 45 feet long each, that we found and wanted to repurpose. Ardian listened to our vision and brought it to life. He had to repair and cut the really old wood then leveled and installed it across a 30-foot span. We were thrilled with how it turned out as it matches the detailing we have on the exterior and adds a sense of history and craftsmanship thats hard to replicate. Ardian was thoughtful, communicative, and clearly takes pride in doing things well. Everyone who visits notices the details. Were so glad we found ANP Associates.

Ardian and his crew at ANP Associates oversaw the complete renovation of our 1905 condo. Throughout the entire process, they were professional and flexible with our tight schedule. Ardian worked with us when we found vintage cabinets we wanted installed in the new kitchen. He restored them with meticulous detail, and installed them with ease despite the complicated nature of our request. Ardian's attention to detail was on full display when intalling our new wall and floor tile, where he managed to work with our uneven walls and floors (commonplace in old homes). Ardian and his team refreshed our bathroom with new grout and installed a new-to-us vanity that he carefully restored for us before installing. ANP oversaw several structural improvements to the condo as well, displaying competency of best practices related to load distribution and structural integrity. To finish off the project, Ardian and his crew painted the entire unit, working with us to acheive our ultimate design vision, including sanding and painting our wooden deck. Throughout the entire process Ardian was patient with our requests - realistic and honest about the full scope of our pojects, and relentless that each task was done well. Guests in our condo constantly comment on how beautiful and well-designed the unit is. We found Ardian and his crew at ANP to be very reliable and we'd gladly reccomend them to others in the area.
