Had hired them to do a a job and they left it half complete after trying to get ahold of these people nothing. i finally hired a small local company to finish it.Him and his wife did and amazing job i would strongly recommend. "Forster service tr" if you want your job done and right.

I would absolutely never recommend them to absolutely anyone - ever. If you must use them - be present for the first of your project. Rude; disrespectful; condescending; extreme lack of communication (causing 2 days of missed work = 2 days of no income); you name it... Because I could go on and on about this horrific experience, I will keep it in brief with one example. I stayed while they were there because my husband was out of town and I am lucky I did! At one point, one of there plasterers (?) were in our laundry room standing on top of our brand new washing machine - which has a glass top - plastering our ceiling... yes, you read that correctly. Knowing the way things had been, I knew no one on their crew would believe me - so I took a short video. Thereafter there were disrespectful comments about this as well... If you found a contracted worker standing on top of a brand new appliance that has a glass top - wouldnt you say something? No idea whose stuff that is but Im throwing it out (theres food in it)... They told our Project Manager they didnt plan on coming back to finish the job! Needless to say, the results are laughable. My husband and I have been going around trying to fix things that we shouldnt have had to and clean absolutely everything because his 2 best people didnt cover anything up. Please keep in mind - while we do not physically sleep there currently, we do as much else there as we are physically able - it is our home. For being in business since 1972 and your 2 best people being there almost 5 years says something... about a company. 52 years in business and you 2 best have worked there 5 years? Hhhmmmmm....

My install guy, Bob, was awesome and the only reason they are getting a 2 star review. Salesman, Mark, was awful to work with. After 4 months of back and forth, a no call no show and me calling the Appleton office to complain 3 times I finally got my project completed. Very disappointed in their lack of concern and my 4 month wait time on my project. Terrible sales experience with this company. Waited to post this review until after job was completed for fear of them backing out of the project.

We built a new home and Alpine was used for drywall & insulation services. We had a callback to fix a lot of cracks that appeared after a few weeks. The repair guy was not professional and had to come back several times as the first time he didnt have the right tools. When they came back to sand/texture the guy left drywall splatter all over our brand new home. All over our furniture, window sills, trim, countertops, cabinets, our clothes in the closet. They left wet drywall mud all over our several day old concrete walkways.... Ya... I was so upset. I called with no answer or call back... our builder said he would pay for cleaning and repairs, but thats not his responsibility. Still no call back from alpine. Very disappointed after they were given 1000s of dollars for the job. Be careful!!

I hired these clowns to insulate a remodel we were doing in Omro Had them scheduled a month out and then confirmed a week out they never showed up and calls to the sales rep ended with Ill have to call my manager Big surprise the manager never called no one ever showed and now my project will be behind 2/3 weeks while I get someone who can actually do the job I would stay away from alpine and city wide insulation as they are the same company And definitely do not give them a deposit for anything

Had an outstanding experience with Alpine this month applying foam insulation to our sun porch. They responded quickly with a quote to my email. They then arranged for installation within a week, followed by a complete clean-up. We could not be more satisfied and the pricing was the best of the quotes we received. Now considering them for additional projects.

Alpine insulated my new house last year and I was very happy with the work. The guys spray foamed and caulked every little hole in the framing and electrical boxes before insulating to ensure an air tight house. They worked fast and cleaned up when they were done. I'm a certified thermographer and inspected the house with a thermal camera when they were done and everything looked good. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
