Nothing against your company but I needed help I asked sincerely for a professional and you put me through a voice mail with no response or call back, so I called advanced pro insulators instead of ignoring me they asked me questions and answered my questions and now I feel like I'm being helped. I was more than happy to give you my money to help me fix my issue if your were willing to listen. It's okay now API will insulate my attic space.

We would like to recognize Morgan and Emily for the outstanding job they did repairing our ceiling. They are very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process to us before they started, and answered all of our questions. Everything was cleaned up nicely before they left. They are very friendly to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing drywall repair!

Don't bother can't even get a return call for an estimate on a 3200sq ft job. Called twice that's enough.

Alpine came and in and insulated our entire 1st floor (trilevel). They were in and out within a few days. A little pricey but totally worth it, at least for us. This room stays warm compared to the other rooms that aren't insulated as well. If we would ever remodel any other rooms of our house, we'd use them again!

Randy was highly responsive and worked with us when our schedule changed on our project. Mile came and did our job professionally and displayed his 20+ years of experience in the way he went about his work and understanding of what should be insulated. A few weeks later, we are impressed by the difference in comfort from the job. As a side note, I was educated through this process that spray foam nearly eliminates rodent problems. That was a welcome side effect to the project!

My house is less than a year old. A general contractor built it and I bought it from him. I noticed one of the rooms is losing a lot of heat I went in the attic and there was a area with no insulation in it. I called Alpine insulation and they said there is no way the would have left a void. They refuse to come out and look at it. I had to go up there and move insulation around. They told me they would come out and fix it for a minimum of $400.00 and they still wont come out and look at it. I use to do insulation work so I know there is not enough insulation in the attic. They do not stand by there work. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off. Edited It was not moved. If your people would come out and look you would see that.

Had Alpine install Levelrock for in-floor heat system. Result was fairly level but no care was taken. Not many options in the area so if you go with Alpine make sure the site is 100% prepared. They will concrete in anything. Plumber left one spare nail plate between studs, they knocked it into the floor and concreted it half in, half out. Numerous other little issues that showed little care in result. Also made a mess of my driveway, purposely spread leftover sand everywhere rather than cleaning it up.
