We had a bathroom remodel installed. We have several issues with the work. They scratched up the light fixture in 2 places, they dented the vanity, they put the shower head too high, they installed a toilet downstairs and it leaks, they broke the connection, and they used our trash containers for the trash, when the contract clearly states they would remove everything. We had to make 3 trips to remove trash. They did work hard and were polite and punctual. For all the issues, the job was overpriced.

It was a tough project - they had to jackhammer into the concrete to re-route a drain, but they handled everything with great care and thoughtfulness in our home. They redid all of the floor tile, the shower tile, and installed an entirely new shower floor and unit. Nahum is extremely thorough and very talented. I would trust him and his team with any project in our home.

Three plus years ago, I hired All Pro Remodel to complete a full kitchen remodel. While the aesthetic result was impressive, I encountered issues almost immediately. Within two weeks, the flooring near my refrigerator began lifting. I contacted Nahum, and he and his team returned to remove and reinstall that section of flooring after making adjustments. At the time, it seemed the issue had been resolved. However, the same area has recently begun lifting again, along with several other spots in my kitchen. When I reached out to Nahum, I was told that I had been informed during the installation that the subfloor was uneven. I strongly disagree with this claim. There is absolutely no chance I would have proceeded with a $20,000 remodel knowing there were underlying structural issueshad I been made aware, I would have insisted they be corrected before continuing. This remodel took place shortly after I lost my husband to COVID-19. It was a very difficult time, and I now feel taken advantage of. Nahum is now requesting that I pay for entirely new flooring, subfloor repair, and laborcosts I believe should not be my responsibility, given that the issue was either overlooked or not disclosed at the time of installation. I am formally requesting documentation or a signed agreement that clearly indicates I was made aware of any subfloor issues before the remodel began. Without such proof, I consider the lack of accountability and support to be unacceptable, and I cannot recommend All Pro Remodel to others based on this experience.

Update 10/28/24: I couldn't add another review so I will update here. We remodeled part of a hallway bathroom and our master bathroom. I knew to call Nahum after our experience with the kitchen remodel. Nahum and team did a great job: they communicate well, arrive when on time, and finish the job promptly. They are very professional, considerate, and provide quality work. I am a very happy repeat customer. It turned out great and I am glad I chose All Pro Remodel again. Nahum and team remodeled our kitchen, demolishing the old cabinets and flooring and installing new wood plank tile flooring; new cabinets and appliances; new sink, faucet, and backsplash; dry wall repair, texturing, and painting; and plumbing and electrical work and fixture installs. Nahum and team were on time each morning, worked quickly and professionally, and were responsive and courteous. The cabinet maker had delays on some cabinet materials and Nahum worked with us on scheduling and completing as much as work as possible so that we had a functional kitchen during the holidays and returned to work quickly to finish the remaining work when final materials were delivered. I will definitely work with All Pro Remodel again and I highly recommend their services.

We had to replace a large section of ceiling drywall in two rooms from water damage. Nahum and his assistant did a beautiful job.
