They did a great job on our garage and master suite addition. They came in to talk through the project, had great recommendations, and handled both the drywalling and plastering. Because of a water leak, the plumber cut several holes in our ceiling and walls to locate the broken pipe. We were told it would be very difficult to repair our textured ceiling to match the original. Much to our dismay, it was suggested that the most viable option would be to use a vent cover to disguise the opening. We found AJR Wallboard & Plastering through a Google search, and we chose them based on their nearness to our location. So glad we contacted them! I can't stop praising AJR for their impressive work. Anthony was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He took great care in repairing our walls and textured ceiling. His work was exceptional, especially the ceiling repair. We definitively recommend AJR Wallboard & Plastering and definitively recommend Anthony.

Unfortunately, I can't adequately evaluate the craftsmanship of the work, as AJR never gave me the chance to. I made an appointment to get an assessment of the job timing/cost for May 23, and it was kept. I was told I would get the estimate and potential dates to do the work on May 27. However, as of June 15 I still did not receive one, despite sending several emails and being told that I would receive the estimate "the next day". In fact, the last time I heard back from AJR was on June 5, when they responded to my email regarding the delay, apologized, and indicated I would get it shortly........in any line of work, that is bad customer services. I am sorry that I felt compelled to post this, as I usually don't bother, but it the end it came down to a matter of respect.

I was very pleased with the scheduling and the work performed on my ceiling. They fixed our sand swirl ceiling and it matches the existing ceiling perfectly. He was in and out in only 2 hours and vacuumed when done. I highly recommend AJR Wallboard and Plastering!

I called AJR to get a quote for a small job. I had no luck getting a plasterer to come over just to give a quote for 4 weeks. Andrew came over a few days later, provided an estimate and committed to a day/time that was only 2 business days later. His crew arrived on time and knocked out the job in 1.5 hours! The cost was steep, but I told Andrew I was willing to pay a premium. I would recommend AJR for any plaster job you have. I could not have been more pleased with the service and experience.
