Mike kept his word that he and his team (Greg and Dillon) would do a worry-free job on refinishing and painting our ceilings, which had a proper popcorn ceiling asbestos abatement prior! Mike assured us everything would be executed well from the get-go and was patient with us as we changed several aspects on our proposal. After all that was said and done, we are satisfied with our smooth and painted ceilings!

Acoustical Drywall Services did an incredible job scraping my popcorn ceilings in my new townhome. This was the top-priority project for my new place before I moved in. Mike was great to work with and answered all my questions timely and with very clear expertise. The popcorn ceilings had asbestos in them, and ADS coordinated seamlessly to have Synergy Enterprise Inc. take the asbestos materials off and perform the abatement process safely. Mike's team - Dillon, Greg, and Fernando - did an absolutely beautiful job. The finished product has very evident attention to detail, the new ceiling texturing is consistent and beautiful, and they left the place clean afterwards. Their workmanship is top notch. I also had them do some drywall work in one of the bedrooms, removing some wood paneling and putting up drywall. This work was also done flawlessly, despite the wood paneling being a hassle and messy to remove. I would highly recommend their work to anyone needing ceiling or drywall work done. The pictures don't quite even do the workmanship justice. They were quick, efficient, and clearly are experts in the industry. Thanks again!

This is the second time that I've used Mike's services for popcorn removal. First was in the Bay Area and it was simply a popcorn removal. This time was in the Sacramento area at our new house that not only had popcorn but it was asbestos. I got quotes from remediation companies that wanted $7k for just the remediation. We'd then have to hire another company to fix, repair, texture and paint the result. With ADS, we were able to get both the remediation and then the finish. They did a beautiful job! The only slight complaint was that the cleanup wasn't up to their usual standards and I had some cleanup to do. Regardless, I'm still very happy and thankful for the work!

After a couple quotes from General contractors that seemed too high I decided to get a quote from Mike to remove popcorn ceiling. His was lower and he specializes in this business so I choose them. The work was done in 2 days and the results were great. I also requested a couple ceiling beams to be painted and they turned out fantastic. Made my vaulted ceilings worth looking at now.

Mike and his crew working with Synergy did a terrific job removing popcorn ceilings the proper way and refinishing the ceilings with a fresh Orange peel look. I had so many questions and was quite anxious about the whole process before I hired Mike. However Mike patently addressed all my questions and concerns and the finished ceilings look like heaven compared to the gateway to hell the pop corn ceilings were. Those who want to remove pop corn ceilings can either go through the trouble of hiring an environmental services with a huge price tag first to remove pop corn ceilings and then hire another contractor to refinish the ceilings at yet another huge price tag OR hire Acoustical Drywall Services who make the entire removal and refinishing seamless and in one package at a reasonable price with all due permits and processes followed. Highly recommend their services.
