Best experience! We had several companies come out to evaluate an issue with our front door, and no one could pinpoint the problem. Then Rob stepped in and he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear solution. Well absolutely be reaching out to ACE/Rob again for future projects.

Our handyman, Trent, was fabulous. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Everything about working with Ace Handyman Services was exceptional. Easy to deal with, clear communication, and then Trent today was icing on the cake. Dont hesitate to call them I believe this was the Minnetonka ace.

I had a good experience with my Ace Handyman. He was on time. Met me at my office to assess a problem mirror. Made a good suggestion and then went to obtain the materials and came back and fixed and mounted it with care and attention to detail about wall studs, measurements and centering. Only caveat: wouldve expected a uniformed person based on their photo but that certainly didnt diminish the work product. I would use Ace Handyman again.

We have used ACE for two jobs now and have been very impressed. From communication all the way to final job, they have done very well. Rob was out for both our jobs and was very professional and proficient at his job. We will use ACE again if the job arises.

AS LAST TIME WE USED TRENT HE WAS GREAT AND TODAY WAS MUCH HARDER THAN LAST TIME. WE WERE ALL BURNED OUT. WELL, MAYBE NOT HIM. HE'S LIKE A DOG WITH A BONE. NOTHING CAN TAKE IT AWAY OR STOP HIM FROM FINISHING THE PROJECT. I ACTUALLY HAD TO CALL IT A DAY AND WILL FINISH ANOHTER DAY. BUT HE STILL WANTED TO PUSH ON WITHOUT WIFE AND ME HELPING.

Collin did a great job finding and installing the right vent cover for my exhaust fan. He also installed a smoke alarm in the very top of my loft space. Collin has done work for me before. He's outstanding! Friendly, efficient, and hardworking.

I needed to add a bath rail and bannister in order to make my house safer for me. I didnt know where to find help till I saw the Ace brochure and called. The service was beyond my expectations. Rob arrived on time, proceeded and cleaned up. I was left with the very best results and was very thankful. He was also very personable. Great work

Collin was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to remove a non functioning garbage disposal and re-plumb the area to work without the disposal. He not only did the work but also cleaned up the area. We were very pleased with his work. He also gave us advice on a couple other potential projects! I would totally recommend!

First time user of a handyman service and it was a great experience. Ace staff (Zack) was communicative and informed me of steps and managed the handyman who came to complete our job. The experience with Rob was also great. Friendly, great work, talked through what his plan was and came in just under his original time estimate. We liked the experience so much we're already scheduling with Ace and specifically Rob for additional jobs.

We needed a mix of jobs done around our newly bought home, from fixing a loose garage door belt to replacing light fixtures, covering a vent and installing a smart thermostat. Trent with Ace Handyman Services in Minnetonka was an absolute pro and finished them all with time to spare. I highly recommend! This is an affordable option for knocking out house projects.

Jason L fixed the bottom planks of two cedar garage doors that are irreplaceable. He explained what he would do and why and showed us how the repairs combined to save the doors. He also advised us to stain and varnish the inside of the doors to protect them, something no garage door mechanic had ever recommended in our 30 years in this home. Truly exceptional service!

We wanted our new home to be a different interior color than the color that it was as well as repairing some of the cracks in the walls. We shopped around and found that they offered the best price. It was our first time working with ACE and to our surprise they were very professional and accommodating. Beth was amazing as well as the rest of the office team. The finishing job was very satisfactory. They completed the work very fast, only 1 week. Our home is now complete! Fantastic experience across the board! Waffled back and forth on reaching out on some projects around our house after struggling to find a good service we were excited about, finally found Ace Handyman of Minnetonka and we will never look elsewhere. Had two separate projects completed -- patching holes in our basement ceiling and replacing our powder room exhaust fan. Jody and Zack in the office were flexible and up front with quotes and scheduling; Don and Ben who did the work in our home were right on time, great communicators, and very courteous (not to mention comfortable with the questioning of our young kids!). Excited to have someone to call when we have things pop up.
