Robert, Lois, and the 1st Maintenance team went above and beyond what was required for our roof and siding project. Robert addressed many items found along the way that were not part of our original scope of work and treated our house like his own. Bob is great. He knows how to build and repair anything and everything. He actually overbuilds and secures all his work at a very very fair price. He built several roofs for me and a few friends. He had to rebuild my ramp for my mother and it is stronger and more secure than ever before. His work is excellent and his workers clean up after themselves. They are all very concerned that they are doing what you want them to do. I highly recommend 1st Maintenance to anyone who wants a professional and fairly priced job.

This company responded to phone call fairly quickly and made arrangements to perform work at 1000 hrs on Saturday. I waited to 1100 hrs and still Robert was not here. I text the number that they gave me and no response. Robert's wife called about 1110 hrs and stated Robert could not find my address and left the area. I asked why Robert didn't call me when he was at the address but she couldn't answer my question and he wouldn't be able to return until Wednesday. I would not recommend that you use this service due to the fact that they can't find an address and unwilling to call the customer while he or she has been waiting for over an hour to find their location. I believe the behavior is completely unacceptable.

We were pleasantly pleased with 1st maintenance team work they came when they said they would and clean up after them self they were the best price out of 4 others I will call them again if I have more work to do

Did an excellent job on installing the roof but above average job on the painting. We needed to keep telling the painter where he missed spots and we needed to clean up the floor after they left. Overall they do good work
